I would like to thank my technician Leo who provided excellent customer service along with extensive knowledge in diagnosing and fixing the issue associated with my washer that was leaking from the bottom which was quickly and expeditiously corrected. I would like to also thank Aaron who called based upon my inquiry and scheduled my appointment right away.
