Leo came on Tuesday and diagnosed the problem. The next day he replaced the bearings on my dryer and it now runs like a new dryer. Thanks to angi list my problem was solved in a timely fashion.

This is a fraudulent company. I came to them to fix a washer and they took $300 for the part and to fix the machine. They told us the part they needed wasn?t being manufactured anymore and we would be given a refund since the work wasn?t done. I was told 7-10 business days for the refund to return and after waiting and seeing no refund, I called the company and have been blocked. Calls go straight to voicemail and messages aren?t delivering. Do not use this company they are fraudulent. The address that is used isn?t business address, it?s a residential townhouse that Java absolutely no clue their address is being used.

The Technician completed fixing the issue. He was very polite and knowable. I recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Premium's appliance repair services. They responded immediately to my request for service. After describing the problem (leaking refrigerator), the manager was able to quote a very fair price and set an appointment for first thing the next day. Meanwhile, he patiently explained what he believed to be the problem, and he advised what to do until a repairman came. The repairman was on time, professional and completed the repair within a little more than an hour of his arrival. He cleaned his worksite and assured me that the problem is solved. I am so relieved that it was not the disaster that I first believed, and that I hired an honest, efficient company to resolve my problem.

Repair my unit expeditiously great service

Received an estimate Saturday morning. Parts were ordered and Monday morning the parts were installed. The tech was efficient and professional. Already recommended them to a friend. Thanks Leo, great experience. Will definitely contact them again should the need arise.
