Premium Cabinets of Tulsa

I had a very disappointing experience with Premium Cabinets in Tulsa, OK. The cabinets were installed incorrectly from the beginning, despite the company being provided with all appliance specifications upfront. The biggest issue was the cabinet around the refrigerator/freezer, which was installed too shallow and too wide. The countertops were cut to match the cabinet layout that Premium Cabinets originally installed. When they later corrected the refrigerator/freezer cabinet so the appliance would fit properly, the cabinets no longer aligned with the countertops. This resulted in significant, very noticeable gaps where the countertops do not meet the cabinets, including gaps around the dishwasher area. They did attempt to fix some of the issues, but the work remains unfinished. They sent the wrong paint match, and when I tried to touch up one of the affected areas, it was immediately obvious that the color was way off and did not match the cabinets.

The installation professionals were some of the worst I ever seen. They showed up with out proper tools. They asked if I had a saw. Cabinet hardware was miss drilled on multiple doors. I complained and only one of the doors was ever replaced. I gave the company all my specs for my new appliances prior to finalizing the cabinet order. The microwave didnâ t fit. They came out 3 times to try to figure it out. When they finally got it the used a filler board. The ends of the island to cap off the cabinets were cut wrong and instead of sending new boards and a real professional to install they just put in the miss cut ends. My pantry has issues and gaps. The installers were drinking and smoking weed during install. Austin and his whole team is a joke they stand behind nothing. Donâ t honor the time line. Donâ t fix or admit their mistakes. After taking months to complete a one day install we had put appliances in to try to have a partially functioning kitchen and they put and huge scratch on my brand new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I should probably also mention they charged for items on the invoice I never received. Con artist is the best words to describe this joke of a company. Did I mention I paid $1400 just for the unprofessional install alone. They got well over $12,000 from me for the cheap look of my custom cabinets.

horrible product -horrible installation - THEY ORDER THESE CABINETS OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND PUT THEM TOGETHER IN A ROOM OFF THEIR SHOWROOM. NOT CUSTOM. THEY ARE MORALLY BROKEN LIARS!!!!!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GIVE WORD LIAR ALL NEW MEANING. I WANT MY PRODUCT PICKED UP AND GONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE MEASURMENTS WERE OFF. THEY HAD TO REDO TWO OF THE CABINETS. NEVER CAME OUT MEASURED. WENT OFF INSURANCE PAPERWORK. I'VE NOT HAD A DISAHWSHER A SINK OR WATER IN MY KITCHEN SINCE MARCH 28TH.

They do not keep their word! 3 months and still no cabinets, I was told 4-6 weeks! More like 13+.
