Very hardworking ladies!

Our family needed someone to thoroughly clean the home of our elderly mother. The cleaning staff was respectful and efficient. Not just dusting and vacuuming but also cleaning the oven, stove, baseboards, and even the louvered doors in her laundry room right into the corners! The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled! When they finished at my mother-in-law's home, I hated returning to my own home knowing that it wasn't as bright and clean as her home.

Overall I was happy with the cleaning, however as this is a review it's worth noting the few things that I wasn't very happy with. I noticed they used a duster for my ceiling fans which resulted in dust being scattered all over my bed. And I also noticed that an area rug we have wasn't lifted in order to vacuum under the area rug. The service we purchased was the first time deep cleaning service. Of course, I cleaned my bedding and vacuumed under the area rug after they left and overall it was a decent value as everything else was cleaned well. I liked that they were a small local business in which english speaking owners were on site working on the cleaning.

Heather took the time to speak with me for quite a while about my past experiences with other cleaning services, and my expectations. I have had one, initial cleaning, which was scheduled with relatively short notice, and rescheduled easily around the last snowstorm we had. I'm on the schedule now for regular cleanings, which I've wanted to do for years, but could never find the right partner. I think Premium Cleaning will be that partner!

Exceptional job! Staff is very friendly and they did a thorough cleaning. Owner came out to meet us personally and to make sure she understood our needs so they could do the best possible job for us--even had a follow-up call the next day! Very pleased with the service--would recommend their service to others.

Premium cleaning did a great job. I had a appraisal scheduled and need the house to look it's best. Heather even call the next day to follow up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. My house hadn't looked that good in quite some time. Thank you premium cleaning.

I was in a crisis and needed the work done. Heather found the time and her team worked very diligently and stayed longer than originally planned to complete the job.

The initial clean went well. They were on time and listened to my requests.

they charge a lot of money and advertise quality work, and the work is less than basic cleaning. Obvious areas were not dusted, items were not picked up, workers cigarette butts left on my front lawn. Very displeased with their service.

I hired Premium cleaning services for a one time cleaning in preparation of a home sale. They were out within 1 day, and my home shined!! Shortly thereafter, I received an offer on my home! I found this service fast, professional and detail oriented. When I do move, I plan on using this service for weekly cleaning. Kudos!!!!!

The crew came as scheduled and did a first overall cleaning. They worked within my time frame and budget. Both ladies were very professional and communicative about what they would work on. The house looks fantastic! I plan on using them for regular bimonthly cleaning.

It was only our first cleaning with Premium Cleaning Services Corp. but so far it's lived up to my expectations. They showed up with all their own cleaning supplies and promptly got to work, it was a 2 person team, they asked questions pertains to any particular areas I would like them to focus on. They did a thorough job. I will look forward to the next cleaning. My house just sparkled.

The workers are professional and polite; my dog likes them. They come on time and do a great job. They have no problem working around the needs of my handicapped son.

I wasn't 100% happy with job. There were extenuation circumstances with the staff that first came. (one was ill, others weren't sure what to do since mgr was the one that was ill and she came late. After one call to owner, she herself came out with another worker and they spent 3 hrs each making things right. She charged me minimal rate since alot of things weren't done first time and girls left earlier than expected. I was very happy with the cleaning and manner in which it was handled. Everyone has off days and I gave them benefit of doubt and they came thru; which is all I could ask. I am having them back again for occasional cleaning
