Good work but, a little pricey. Would have liked to have known about the NY rebate that was available at the time.

Zach called me right away after I selected to view his bid and was able to come out right away and help me. He explained everything to me as he did it , which was great. He was professional and prompt and charged a very good price for the work he provided. I would absolutely hire him again.

Zach is very good at his job. I hired him to install my air conditioning, install a heater in my garage and for furnace maintenance and he did an excellent job on all. He is very competent and knowledgable with his work. He gives you all your options and tell you the cost so that you can make a informed decision. He is very honest and forthright which I like in a person I want to be confident in the person I am hiring to do the work. And he stands behind his work. Very admiral in this day and age where there are so many dishonest service providers. On here you can only give a five star rating but I give him a 10.

Zach is very kind, friendly and well-knowledgable . When I called him first time, he told me he might come over my house same day between 5:40-6:00pm, and then he showed up at my driveway at 5:39pm!!! He showed up on time mostly and explained to me very patiently. Besides he always responded pretty quick when I texted to him at night after 9:00pm. He fixed my boiler !!! I will definitely go back to him if I need any help on my heating system.

I found zach to be hard working, knowledgable, energetic and competent.The work was accomplished in a timely manner. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem & fixed it. Pricey? Who isn't.

I picked Premium Comfort Systems after reading a few reviews online. The great reviews were about a guy name Zach, and everything that was said is true! Zach is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and provided prompt service. I highly recommend this company!

Zach provided quick, professional service. The fan for our furnace died during the hottest week of the summer and while other companies were booking a month out, he was able to come by the same day and get the fan working while we ordered new parts. Zach was honest about our options for the repair and didn't try to up-sale us or other high-pressure sales tactics. He was super friendly and even let my 2 year old son watch him work with his tools. Zach really goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I will definitely call him when it is time to replace our outdoor AC unit.

It is obvious that Zach knows his business and enjoys what he does. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it the first time around. I found Zach to be friendly and trustworthy something that is very important to me and my family. We will not hesitate to use Premium Comfort Systems, LLC again.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. My a/c was not working. After inspecting the unit, Zach told me that it was the fan motor and gave me an estimate of about $400. I agreed to the repair. I was charged $570. The a/c ran for 4 days after his repair, and then the compressor died. I have since had 2 other companies to my home who told me the repair should never have been done in the first place. The compressor was shot. He did NOT tell me that. I doubt he even looked at it. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. Call someone else.

We are very happy with the new heating system that was recommended for our needs and installed in a very prompt and professional manner. We chose to work with Zach and develop a future relationship feeling that he could handle any future needs we may have with service. We like the knowledge and honesty that Zach protrayed and feel great that if we need assistance, we can call him.

Listened to me. Did not try to sell me stuff I didn't want. He was prompt, cleaned up after the job, and was friendly. A terrific experience.

I spoke to Zak early in the morning and he was there a couple hours later. Zak was knowledgeable, courteous, did not oversell repair needed to be performed and friendly to my boys. My AC was up and running in a couple hours. I will reccommend to family and friends in need of AC repair.

We thought that we would have to replace the entire system, but Premium gave us a solution that could fix the problem for a couple of years so we could budget for the new system.

Zack came when he promised and cleaned out the furnace control unit instead of trying to rip me off and just sell me a new unit for $1700 like a competitor who never even bothered to look at the unit. I would have no problem using him again or recommending him to others.

told Zac was debating about replacing an $800 part or entire furnace. he showed up to inspect and test furnace at appointed time (with replacement part.) discussed alternatives pro & con and helped us decide to replace part rather than replace furnace which we would have hired him to do.

Professional approach with a small company appeal. Customer service being the main focus and not just making a sale.
