Arian Hernandez from Premium Construction rebuilt my fence gate. The second photo was the old rotted broken latch gate and first picture is rebuilt gate. I was completely pleased with his professionalism and quick response to my request.

I was out of town and a driver hit my fence damaging about 15 feet of it. Arian was able to get a quote to me and repair the fence all in one day. They even went above and beyond helping me with a few other items I needed done since I was out of town. I will be using them for future needs.

Hugo Hernandez and his awesome crew did a beautiful job installing a large flagstone patio, fixing drainage pipes coming from our rain gutters and building a short section of our retaining wall. They had to dig up a dead tree and some plants first and remove crushed granite from our large flower garden/patio before laying the flagstone. Hugo has a great deal of experience and everything was laid out to precision! The entire crew was never late once, worked hard all day long and all of them were so polite! It was an absolute joy to work with Hugo and his team! I highly recommend them!

I have a stone patio that had developed several cracks with stones that were starting to sink or come loose. Arian and his crew did a fantastic job repairing it and now it looks as good as new. The price was very reasonable and the crew worked efficiently and cleaned up the area afterwards. Arian is friendly and easy to work with. I will be calling him again for any future jobs.

Had a leak with the sprinkler system, called and they came out next day. Found the issue that was caused by a different company and got everything corrected. Couldnâ t be happier.. 2nd time I used this company, 1st time was retaining wall and they did excellent work then as well

Adrian is the first person I spoke with and with whom I remained in contact with throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took our concerns into account when devising a plan to repair our retaining wall. The crew left the worksite clean and put together each day they worked and when they had to drive the truck into our side yard to bring materials, they put dirt in the tracks and spread grass seed before they left (to be fair, the ground was fragile there to begin with). The work was completed in a timely manner and we paid what we were quoted - there were no extra hidden charges or added charges (it was a HUGE job). When the job was complete, I didn t realize I wouldn t be able to transfer the amount of money I needed to my checking all in one day and Adrian was EXTREMELY patient with me, allowing the several days I needed to transfer the total amount in order to pay them in full. I would absolutely, 100% recommend them!!!

Because of weather delay, when they came Arian brought a larger crew & did the job efficiently.
