We hired Premium Construction Service, Ricardo Sanchez, to install all new windows in my house in October, 2020. Little did we know that we have to get someone else to put the aluminum trim around the outside of each window as he does not do that, but he knows a guy that does. (I will get to him later). Rick Sanchez also put new wood trim on the inside of each window but he left the wood bare. He did not paint it. We have to finish it. A few days later, there was a breeze coming through the windows. We immediately called Rick. He said he would get back to us. He never returned our calls after our numerous attempts to reach him. Now it is almost June 2021 and he still ignores my phone calls . We now have to find and pay someone else to put the aluminum trim on every window of my house and have him check why the breeze is coming through and we have to paint the new wood trim on the inside of each and every window. Getting back to his friend who supposedly does aluminum trim...his name is Francisco (Cisco) from On Time Property Maintenance, in Paterson. First he agreed to do the outside trim but we should call him next week. We called him numerous times, starting back in October, 2020, until now, almost June 2021. He has given us one excuse after another. Now, he completely ignores my calls. I would not hire either one of these companies again.

Skylight - Install
Excellent communication from start to finish. Prompt and friendly and very knowledgeable in their trade. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate to work on our skylights and they were able to handle our repair that day. We will definitely be calling again for future projects.
