Water Treatment & Purification System Repair or Service
While we called for service, the individual who came to the house didn't even want to look at our unit. This was a sales call not a service call. Very disappointed.

"We are very sorry this customer is unhappy. They failed to be home for our first scheduled visit, so we came back a second time and the technician advised them it would cost more to repair the unit than it would to simply replace it with a new one. This was the tech's expert opinion, not a sales pitch, as we don't even carry the brand this customer had."
