I hired Premium Pressure for a roof cleaning. They said 16 tiles needed replacement before cleaning and offered to do it for $85 each. I provided the tiles, but instead of replacing them, they glued broken pieces together?sometimes charging full price just to glue small corners. The workmanship was poor. A wind mitigation inspection confirmed the repairs do not meet code or insurance standards, and I now have to hire a licensed roofer to redo the work. Even after sharing the report, Christiano refused to provide a refund. I was also unable to find evidence that the company is licensed or insured. On top of that, the cleaning process damaged my grass and plants.

Called quick, reasonable quote, and came out within a couple days of speaking. Quick and easy, thanks guys!

Christiano was extremely professional. Not only did he know his stuff, but he also took extra time and getting my roof to look the right way. He took pictures of every step of the way and showed me what a mess. My roof really was. Before and after pictures show how hard they really worked. I definitely will recommend him to anyone will use him again in the future.

Cristiano was great to work with. I was aware my tile roof had multiple cracked tiles....he came prepared to repair those tiles, prior to applying the soft wash solution. Instead of just getting my roof cleaned, I got needed repairs done first, for what I consider a reasonable price. Would certainly highly recommend him.
