Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Originally installed heat tape. According to Manni, I failed to unplug tape & sensor burned out. Started contacting in July, finally got him to show up & replace tape in October. First heavy wind, one of the coils fell off. Contacted him to fix coil- a ten minute job. Can’t get him to respond to calls or texts. No longer want him on my property. I’ll hire somebody responsible to fix it.

Manny is likable and enthusiastic. He delivered exactly what was asked of him. And, best of all, he succeeded in removing a decades-worth of water spots on my windows with a special compound. The "other guys" hired previously were not able to do this.
