Tony plus crew of two others were very punctual in calling me to advise they were on the way. Worked straight through without any problems. Very courteous and thoughtful when they saw me moving items from my pickup truck and telling me to leave the items for them to move and also when I moved items near my cellar they moved them down the bulkhead stairs for me. Very helpful. Thank you!

Took a LOT longer than I expected to move the few pieces of furniture. They did a good job, but it was much more expensive than I expected.

I have moved many times before and I can not recall anything good attached to any of my past moving experiences. I made sure that I do my homework this time. I hired premium and they were truly professionals. John and Marius, movers asigned to our project were amazing. They made an stressful experience to a pleasant one. Not only I recomand them but if you are moving you owe it to yourself to at least put them on your interview list.

movers are very slow, they take their time to move my items, I already move all my small items, only need to move big item which take them ore than 5 hours to move? they stick on the hours that company quote me, even add additional hour.

Great job! It was a long day of loading in MA and then unloading up in NH. They were careful with everything. We did need a bigger truck - luckily we own a small trailer and were able to make several additional moving runs on our own with our trailer the next day. That was my only disappointment -that we couldn't fit everything in their truck!

Just moved from Somerville, Ma to Orlando, Fl area on a very short notice due the work transfer. Premium Q was able to handle the estimate within first hour after 1st call. Marian was our sales rep and Dimitri with Alex and Mihoi ( I hope I spelled it correctly) were the guys that did the packing & delivery. They came the day before the move and fully prepared everything. My window of delivery was 2-3 days once truck was loaded and they did it; I honestly thought is too good to be true but I had to move short notice and I'm just thrilled with the service. We picked Premium Q based on reviews here and also a few other sites. Very professional, courteous and strong guys. I also have some antiques and they really pampered them just like I would. Do not hesitate to use them, you'll be happy with their service.

The workers were friendly and polite. There was nobody to keep things organized. Items we asked to remain in the house we're packed and others we asked to have come with us we left behind. All of the other positive feedback on this site seemed to be for local moves.. Ours was a long distance, we went from Massachusetts to Alabama. My husband's backpack leaf blower was left behind it is a big ticket item. All his axes were left behind, medication that we asked not to be packed was packed. We don't move every day, it should've been up to them to tell us how to do things. Everything was extremely confused. I am in a wheelchair and I am unable to get around very well. Our house was a split level. My husband was supposed to do the walk-through and the guys were in such a hurry to get out of there that it never happened. Unless they get their act together and find a better way to organize things I would not recommend them for a long distance. Everybody was very sweet and friendly and polite but that's not enough when things are left behind. We were partially reimbursement for the leaf blower. Many things were left behind.

After reviewing the file, it clearly looks that your shipment was picked up and delivered as scheduled and our records clearly indicate that everything arrived in good condition as signed at the end of the job. Both Alex & Anthony ( who handled your relocation) have over 15 years of experience in handling Interstate moves and have successfully completed thousands of moves. Alex is one of the top rated drivers & workers and every day delivers a great experience for our clients ( local or interstate). As far as I can tell from your comments, you are asserting that things were left behind. With all due respect, Alex called me personally several times after each walk thru done at the origin location. The move was split in 2 days ( a full pack, labeling & preparation the day before the move and the actual load, on second day). The reality, however, is that after each walk thru, things were added or taken off the list, labels have been changed from things staying in Mass to being delivered to Al and we respected your decision as we always do with our customers. As listed on the inventory list, the leaf blower was left behind at your request; we fully operate our interstate jobs thru our staff & trucks and not thru any Van Line or 3rd party companies so it's 100% impossible that any piece to be misplaced or delivered wrong, the trucks not being opened until final destination. Regarding the statement that ''we have rushed to leave your destination location that it never happened'' is actually the fact that we left the house at 08:15 pm after a full 12-13 hrs day of offloading thru heavy rain, but this is what our team does and we take great pride in who we are and in the people who work here. We never intended to leave the house without your husband to arrive but unfortunately, he was 12 hours away at the time that we offloaded both trucks. As much as we wanted, we could have not waited at the house until next day; regarding the walk thru at destination, done by the friend who accompanied, everything seemed in place; I personally talked to you about it a few days after the move and you mentioned that a lot of the items that you thought were left behind, were actually found thru unpacking. With 100% confidence in our team members and the quality that we put into our work, I can assure you that neither the driver or Alex or other team members would have left things behind if they were not told too. The guys who handled your shipment are good men whose integrity and character are beyond reproach. However, we do thank you for sharing your thoughts here and we wish you great times into the new home!"
