It was the worst experience. The work product is so below standard. They used cheap unskilled, unlicensed labor. We failed inspection many times over for the same reason. What should have been 3 months of inconvenience turned into 6 months of nightmare and that nightmare continues with all the work I have to do to fix their mess. I urge you to strongly check their google reviews all of them.

After we purchased out house like 2 years ago, Premium remodeling remodeled most of it and it was a long remodeling that basically included most of the living space. That remodeling included our kitchen and bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, Dining room and living room. The work that was done than, came out very beautiful and Isaac with his specialists people designed, planned and executed the whole remodeling. Now that our dream home is completed and we are extremely happy with it, there were 2 additional spaces that needed to make it as a complete home remodeling… Our Master bathroom and bedroom. So because we were happy with the whole work and process of the work that was done by SOD, again we decided to hire them and to have them do this remodeling project as well. Like in the first remodeling work that they did, Isaac and his crew really listened to us and were great listeners to us when planning the 2 spaces. I couldn't believe how receptive Isaac and the workers were to all of our ideas, suggestions and approaches. When everything was complete and we did the final walk through, we were surprised at the new look and feel of the rooms. Our favorite spot in the master bathroom is the Jacuzzi bathtub and the walk-in shower with the jet shower system. Although thoroughly impressed with all of this work and as we all know, my wife’s favorite spot is the walk-in closets that were designed and reconfigured by Isaac with the custom built in shelfs and doors including the shoe racks. It’s really a ‘must to see’ work for anyone that would like to have the perfect remodeling work and results…. Isaac and Premium remodeling were absolutely amazing and made our dream home a definite reality…..Thanks guys

We hired Isaac and his professional workers to remodel our master bathroom. The complete preparation of the bathroom space was great, easy and they made sure to cover everything to prevent all the dust to come out and make a mess. The old bathroom was taken down all the way to the studs while right after that, they took care of replacing all the plumbing and electrical so they will be replaced with new ones and being upgraded. The inside walls were replaced as well, new tile floor have been installed and the bathroom got new fresh paint. After all of that was completed, Isaac start to install the new tub, and then the floor was grouted and polished. The double sink vanity and all the relevant hardware such as sinks, faucets, handles etc.… were installed as well including all the baseboards. I must mention that their skills, involvement, approach and ability to achieve the goals & stay within the budgets while working with other sub-contractors was outstanding. The finished project is beautiful and perfect. We would highly recommend this company, as well as Isaac and his crew.

When we finally decided to do a complete kitchen remodeling, we spent a good amount of hours by looking up several construction companies online and reading/checking them online. After I completed my research, I left with several companies that stood out to me in terms of work completed and satisfaction. After talking with Premium remodeling telling them that we want to obtain a quote for the kitchen remodeling, they sent Oren to our house to measure the space and to discuss with us about what our goals were. We then met Isaac at the office to mainly talk about the design and type of finishes. We were very impressed with the quality of the cabinet doors and the overall quality. After receiving the estimate, we obtain a few other estimates from other companies so we will know if the price was good or bad. Isaac came to our house at least 4 times more following the estimate to discuss about additional design ideas. We were really impressed with some of his ideas including removing the soffits to increase the height of the cabinets, adding a wall of tile above the stove and having a double side island for storage space, and moving all electrical plugs/switches below the upper cabinets for a seamless backsplash. We decided to move forward with Premium remodeling to do our kitchen design, and install. We were pleased each step of the remodeling. The design and engineering phases were great experiences because they had awesome ideas that increased the cabinet functionality. They were also very helpful with helping us choose all the hardware, colors, type of trims, and molding. Isaac was great along the way helping us coordinate and schedule all the deliveries. Jose was the main installer. He had great attention to small details and he made sure that everything will be no less than perfect. Isaac was in contact with us often to make sure that everything is going good and he was always available for us. After the kitchen was complete, we had some issues with the cabinets. Isaac took care of it immediately and fixed all the problems. We were impressed on how he handled the problems and fixed them in a timely manner. The final touch up repairs were completed a week after the work was finally done. Isaac called us few days before to schedule that and to make sure we were happy and to inform us that if we need any adjustment or repair. Just to let him know and he will take care of that right away. Overall excellent customer service, outstanding product, beautiful kitchen... We could not be any happier with the final product!!!

During the years and each time we moved to a new house, we have hired many contractors and we did had satisfied results with most of them, so we knew what to look for when we need to hire a good contractor when we need one. Premium remodeling was one of the contractors that we hired in the past and we were very happy with them and they were top notch with excellent results. As soon as we hired them this time, the remodeling project passed all of our expectations. We hired them to remodel our backyard and kitchen including the replacement and installation of 5 windows that 1 of them required them to expand the wall in order to create a new balcony sliding door. Before the work started, Aviv and the office staff ordered all the materials and they started the work like a week before they all arrived to the house. The first thing that started the work was the demolition of the existing spaces, framing, plumbing, electrical, new cabinets (upper and lower), lighting fixtures, stamp concrete on the back yard part, tile, drywall, new paint and the installation of all the appliances. They worked fast, professionally, and flawlessly. Every day we noticed a change in the progress and the workers came on time and they stayed until they finished the daily tasks. We never had any complaint or problem with anyone that was involved at the remodeling project. The new kitchen was completed on time, within the budget and in a professional manner. We love the new kitchen and the stamp concrete in the back yard!

Shawn was a great professional person to deal with at our house, always happy and optimistic. We mainly appreciate his massive experience of the latest construction features, appliances and skills. He worked closely with his crew of people and sub-contractors in order to see and make sure that they are working according to the plan and that the work will have not even a single mistake. His problems solving approach succeeded and the work came out much better than we thought we can have. Another great addition that we got based on his recommended was the full opening drawers and appliances relocations which are much better than the kitchen itself. We recommend him and his crew and will be happy to be as referrals for him to others.
