Premo Painting

Hiring Premo Painting for my townhouse was the best decision! I had a quick turn request to paint partial sections of my and my adjoining neighbor's townhouse. Mike responded the same-day and was out to look at my place right away. The bid was very competitive and Mike was extremely professional and easy to work with. We had a few add-ons as we got into the project and it was never an issue. The full team handled the job extremely well. They were timely, very clean, respectful of our property and neighbors (tight quarters so were accommodating with parking, dogs, etc.). And most importantly, the paint looks fantastic!

I had a metal 2 tier plant shelf that needed rust proofed and spray painted, it was 43.5 high and 42.5 wide. Mike Premo made an offer picked up the shelf and painted it. The problems were that the color was not what we had agreed upon and the spray painting on the shelves is all bumpy so does not look professional at all. I finally got ahold of Mike on the second call and he was unable to give a reasonable explanation for the appearance of the paint and said there was nothing he could do about it. Having read his reviews on Homeadvisor, this outcome was extremely disappointing, not to mention I am out a decent chunk of cash for a paint job that is totally inferior. After submitting the information to Home Advisor about the outcome of the painting of my shelf, they went through their process to encourage Mike Premo to work out a solution with me. Unfortunately he did nothing at that time to figure out a resolution. BUT, a few days ago, Mike showed up at my house with a check for the full amount that I had paid him to paint my shelf. I was pleasantly flabbergasted and surprised at how friendly and pleasant he was during our conversation. I did ask him whether he understood why I was dissatisfied with the paint job of the shelf to which he replied - yes;. I admire him for stepping up and providing a resolution and would possibly hire him again to do regular painting jobs ie, walls and outside house painting, as that was primarily what his great reviews were written about. He was extremely professional in his conversation with me and Im very thankful that he refunded my money.

Mike and his team were fantastic; very reasonable pricing, they included pressure wash, repaired, caulked and sealed all joints, and did a beautiful job on the trim painting, a challenge considering some of the trim is 30' up; they also stained the fascia boards on the deck to match the new stained deck. we are recommending them to several of our friends, and are hiring them for two more projects inside the home.also great guys to work with!

Fast, professional, friendly, precise painting. They were able to start the project within a week of giving me an estimate. Beautiful job done. Mike the owner and Mike the painter were fabulous to work with. Very competitive price on a difficult job. Will use them again!

PREMO PAINTING May 13, 2019 By Ken A. I give Premo Painting an excellent rating. The painters who came out all worked very hard preparing the house for the paint. They pressure washed the whole house, then scraped off the old paint where needed and then sanded. There was a lot of scraping and sanding to be done since my house was last painted in 2005. They took down all of the gutter downspouts and covered any fixtures or cameras. They taped and covered all of the windows, entry ways and anything that needed covering. They sprayed on the primer, waited and then started spraying on the Sherwin Williams paint of gray for the whole house and afterwards put on the purple trim. Luckily the weather during this week was perfect, no rain. There were some touch up work to be done so that was completed. The job was finished in 7 days and they worked daily from morning to evening when needed. They took away all of their equipment and left the surrounding area around the house clean. The last day Ryan did a once over with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work. The house looked great with the new paint. I received a lot of nice compliments from my neighbors.

I am very happy with the deck stain and paint job by Premo. Prompt communication. Always on time. Fairly priced. The team did a great job.

Premo painted my complex of 16 townhouses. Coordinating that many owners was a bit of a challenge but I found their paint job to be really nice quality work, completed in a very reasonable time. I appreciated Premo’s willingness to figure out the right colors for our townhouses. Feels like a brand new complex! My biggest disappointment was the damage painters did to the Japanese maple in my garden... it’ll live but the they could have been more careful. Overall, for the quality and price, Premo was a good deal.

Mike and his team stepped in to redo and finish a semi-complicated (due to height) interior paint job that had been started by an another painter who quit. Mikes team was available the next day to start and they appeared on time and covered everything including carpet. He suggested changing paint qualities to something better which did look better and he was able to get a steep discount for me. They finished quickly and professionally. I’d use again!

Mike Premo responded promptly, bid the project, and scheduled the work right away. His guys were very courteous and the work was completed as scheduled. We are a small non-profit organization, so we appreciated the fair pricing and working with our schedule.

Should have taken maximum 4 days. Took two weeks. Place was not left clean. Paint left on floors not cleaned.

Mike Premo is awesome! He came directly to my home, gave us a fair bid and got the work started the next day. I had some questions along the way and he made sure they were attended to immediately! I will definitely use Premo Painters for all of my painting needs in the future!

I had Premo in, told him what I needed done, he sent me a reasonable quote, not lowest, not highest, then things just went badly from there. He asked if I was going to get new Carpeting I said yest, but needed to live with the carpet I had into the new year, that did not seem to matter, paint everywhere and I wish that was my only issue. I just had tiling down throughout the house, the painters moved the stove to paint behind it and took a large chip out of the tile. They tried to say it was the tiler, but it was not there when the tile was reviewed and several people came in to look at the tile job, there was no chunk missing in front of the stove. They did not hook up the dryer vent when they pulled the dryer to paint. I did two loads of laundry today and we couldn't figure out why the room was getting so steamy, no venting will do that. They did not repair cracks in wall. Two different colors of paint in one bathroom on the same wall. Spots that were never painted, trim with chips in it painted right over. Blinds broken. Light switch plates missing. Door bumpers all gone. Paint on a chair in the Master Bedroom. They used my vacuum to clean up their mess. They had no cleaning equipment to do clean-up and the last I came in to talk to them they did not know they were to put the furniture back. I basically slipped each of the last two workers I saw 50 bucks each for incentive to put the bed back and the desk back where they were, and three short bookcases. This has got to be the biggest mess I have seen in a long time. I have been disappointed by contractors before, but this was horrid. I had a friend go up to check the job that was already two days beyond the date he said it would be done, he insisted she pay him, she did not want to, but he heavy handed her. I will be posting pictures on my Yelp Review.

Mike and Brian did exactly what I asked for a fair price. I wanted them to paint a portion of the exterior of my house, it did not have to be absolutely perfect and I needed it done quickly. Mike the owner bid the job and supervised by stopping by several times a day and Brian did the painting. Mike was fair, honest and pleasant and Brian was really great.... did a great job, was a delightful person and didn't mind me intervening and providing specific instructions.
