Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Haven't received the bill, so don't know if it was worth the mopney or not. I would have preferred receiving tthe bill when work was complete (in this case, the work was a1lmost complete, but not quite.

I have a two story home under a canopy of large old oak trees. PML was prompt and cleaned the gutters and entire roof of leaves, limbs, and other tree debris. They were on time, courteous, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them.

Hired the pro and then 2 minutes before she was to show, she texted to say she drove by and decided the job was more than she quoted. Now I want to know how you can drive by and decide the interior condition??? I had already told her up front that the house was recently renovated and all that needed to be done was the oven, refrigerator and then clear and mop the floors. That's it! Everything else in the home had been cleaned or is brand new. Very disappointed. Cost me a tenant who was ready to move in.

"We apologize for the miscommunication. We were not hired and no payment was made. A text quote was given and that was the extent of our conversation. Our team member sighted the house, at our mileage expense, and did not feel comfortable. As a service provider, we have to respect our human comfort levels. If the house was as you stated, you likely would not have lost a prospective tenant. We support our team members and honest communication between clients."

Made an appointment with Kanika , she couldn't make it but did call with an excuse and we made another appointment. 2nd appointment she couldn't make it at the last minute, did call with excuse, we made a third appointment. 3rd appointment , she didn't show, called me TWO hours late & wanted to set up another try, but I told her she was fired.
