Prepper Construction

Larry quoted me $2500 for a project that had $300 of materials at most and took him 12 hours at most. Thatâ  s over $180/hour when his hourly rate is around $60/hour. After finishing the work he wasnâ  t flexible at all about price. He charged way too much for a relatively simple job!!! I wouldnâ  t recommend him at all!!!!
