we are very satisfied our roof done. we recommend John prescott to all our friends. not only they have very fair price, but also they listen to detail what you want to. at the time they do the roof John prescott people did very carefully everyday according to the weather, no like my neighbor, they hire some other company doing the roof and try to finished in one day and turn out working in the rain and leave a big mess. Also, John also did some emergency water piper fix for us. he gave me big comfort, thank God, I really think they are truelly God sended.

Garage Building Service
John underquoted my garage project and before the project even reached the foundation stage, was asking for signifigantly more money due to his mistakes in quoting the job. When we told him that he was so far over budget that we could not continue, he refused to refund any of the first draw, leaving us with no garage, a muddy, torn up yard, and thousands of dollars poorer.

initialy they did a good job but after getting the full payment they stop the work without completing the job as directed.

"The good work that we did at Mr. Ali's was consistent to the point that he refused to pay for work already completed and wanted us to do additional work for free; not in line with the agreed upon terms of the contract. Mr. Ali's refusal to pay the money lawfully due was the only reason that work stopped on that project. As it was, many things were done without charge in our attempt to please this homeowner. Mr. Ali is apparently used to people working for free, while PRESCOTT CONSTRUCTION does offer excellent low rates, for quality workmanship, free is just a little bit too low."

Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace Waterproofing / Encapsulation
The work was very good and the workmen were very professional. I trusted them completely and often left while they were working. My only complaint is that they could have cleaned up a little better before they left - i.e. they left paint on windows where they had to paint a frame, didn't paint the entire frame but left the center bars unpainted and therefore not matching the frame. The water proofing worked well and the basement has stayed dry. I would hire them again.

Prescott Construction is an excellent business. The entire staff is courteous, helpful, informative, timely, and polite. To add, Prescott Construction pricing for work is very, very fair. My bathroom looks beautiful and I have received numerous compliments on it. I would recommend Prescott Construction to anyone wanting excellent service in home improvement.

I just had a complete tear-off roofing job done by Prescott Construction last week. The owner(s) is/are very knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. He/They handled the ordering of materials/equipments professionally and personally did part of the installation and the final cleaning work. The owner(s) was/were patient, polite, responsible, work around my schedule and met my requests. I was very impressed and felt comfortable working with him and his workers. I will use this company's service in the future and recommend to other people.
