Our air conditioner went out this past weekend. They were very prompt and explained everything. Unfortunately our compressor went out and it being a holiday weekend we could not get work done till today. They had two portable air units there were able set up so we could get through the weekend. They came back today and installed compressor and we are back to cooling. Customer service is impeccable and I would recommend to anyone that is having issues with their air conditioning.

Presidential was recomended to us by homeowners in our Naples community. I'm so glad that I found them. We were still contemplating continuing with the builders installer post warranty- they just seemed like to large of a company that may have lost the personel touch. Presidential is local, the times that Ive called I received immediate service even if the owner had to come. My tune up was scheduled just a few days out. No more after working hour extra charges just proffessional good sercice. I trust them, my tech Carlos was awesome, explained all, neat, well stocked clean trucks, and ontime with a courtesy call. New guy (Carlos?) showed up on time did an excellent job. Tuned up my a/c and put in new filter and new batteries in thermostat.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and efficient. Quickly found and resolved our system problem and also, after receiving permission, did the scheduled service which was due on the 21st. Saved a separate appointment.

Presidential is the best company in the area for service. We lost our AC yesterday morning. Even though it was almost 6pm they still came to take care of us. All the servicemen are terrific, knowledgeable and super friendly. Carlos was great last nite and we appreciate his service. We can’t say enough about this company. Thank you.

7 yr old AC unit needed its 3rd replacement coil. Owner provided me with a quote for new equipment but did mention that new coils that Lennox provides might be worth considering. He could have tried to push me in the direction of the new equipment but he let me make up my own mind and then, was able to replace it for me ASAP. His technician was very knowledgeable, effective and efficient. Coil was replaced in two hours and system will hopefully last us another 5 years!ð

Very good experience

Work was requested following an inspection of a home for sale. Inspector had noted some issues. Presidential Air came out quickly analyzed the issue (less of a problem than Inspector noted). Completed the work very professionally and fair price. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

Amazing- so informative and did an amazing job! I have lived all of the country and this company is one of the best. The owner takes pride in his company and makes sure that your questions are addressed. They came out late at night due to the AC not working properly. They were there there within less than an hour and prices were very reasonable! I would recommend them

The actual owner of the company phoned us and did his best to accommodate the home visit to our convenience. He presented to the scheduled appointment on time and even alerted us he was approaching our home so we would be ready to receive him. The service was professional, considerate and he was courteous and friendly. This is the company we will use going forward and do not hesitate to recommend.

Presidential was a pleasure to work with. They were here when that said they would be, completed the job in a timely manner cleaned up after they were finished and followed up to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Workmanship was very poor and did not fix the issue.
