We are a family owned business. I'm a 3rd generation of a line of craftsman. My grandfather started this company back in 1985 in Charlotte, North Carolina. We still take pride in his principles and values and practice them in our everyday affairs. He always told me to back my word and make sure I always follow through with my best to each and every one of our homeowners. I guarantee all my work with a full one year warranty on all labor. We are able to practice great work ethic as we keep all trade work in house here at Presley General Repairs, which means we treat our employees as our family. Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Provided by Consumer)
I was grateful to come across Presley general repair. We are not in the area full time and we certainly felt we could trust David and team to take care of the work that needed to be done. Additionally David was very communicative during the process and I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. Thanks to the team for getting our home ready to enjoy for a long time to come. Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
David and his crew are excellent at what they do. Took the time to make sure our flooring and stairs were exactly the way we wanted them and paid close attention to the details. The whole crew were very courteous with my family while on site too. We will be using them again for improvements to our patio and master bathroom as well.

Presley General Repair did an excellent job of extending my deck. The deck looks great and the workmanship is excellent! Their customer care is remarkably great "The customer is always right". Any issue I had was quickly corrected without a debate.

I highly recommend Presley General Repair. I had shelves put in my outside storage rooms, drywall repair and flooring and shelves put in my attic.
David came to give me an estimate quickly and went over in detail what I wanted and gave me some good suggestions for my storage needs. David and his team were professional and skilled.

My family was in need of porch rails and concrete pad for their front porch. David Presley was very prompt and helpful providing suggestions for design. David and his team fit this job in during a very busy time of the year and despite the set back in the weather they were able to complete within 5 wks or 3 and a half days of solid work. I was pleased with the results.

Bathroom - Remodel
Bath to walk-in shower job. Did NOT use skilled trades. Walk-in shower does NOT drain as drain is too high. Transition to sheet rock uneven. Did NOT raise valve for higher shower use. A visiting contractor said the shower had a number of problems and was vocal in pointing them out. When advised of this, received a "Fu** you!" response. Has not returned to make it right. Left exposed electrical wires which shocked two of his workers - I had to hire a real electrician to fix this. Delay after delay with other smaller jobs in the renovation. This photo says it all. 1. Uneven shower floor doesn't drain. 2. Water pipe not secured; hanging from sheetrock 3. Tile-sheet rock transition not aligned and off by 1/2 inch 4. Out of square. Other problems..? Missing grout around toilet bases. Did not install transitions. Prices jobs for the work of craftsman, but uses unskilled labor even on plumbing and electrical. Constant delays and scheduling problems. NO CONFIDENCE.
