Very pricey, lackadaisical attitude, 2 weeks later had to have someone come in and re-do everything.

"I am very sorry that you were having problems with the work that was done. As I completed each task I asked for your approval before moving onto the next. You approved each item and said you were happy with the service. If something was not working as expected after I left I would have been happy to return at no cost to correct the problem. I was not given that opportunity. In 11 years in business this is the first complaint, and for that matter, the first call back, I have received."

Unfortunately, I previously gave a 3-star rating due to the fact that after a few adjustments (15-20 minutes for a $95 visit) the problem with my garage door not closing continued shortly thereafter. Mr. Pressman contacted me and was concerned about the problem so we scheduled another appointment at no charge. He gave me several options and I decided to go with a new unit. We scheduled an installation date, again at no charge. I'm very pleased and everything seems to be working fine so far. We are now "good friends" LOL and hope to use Pressman Handyman for future projects.

Doors Repair
Problem with automatic garage door sticking when closing. Some minor adjustments were made and took about 10-15 minutes. After 2 days, problem returned.

Mr. Pressman was very nice and did arrive on time and completed the door repair in a timely fashion. Explained to me how to clean door and operate door so problem doesnt happen again. I will continue to use him for future projects

I had them do a variety of work around the house to include painting rooms, fixing the closet doors, and a whole host of other jobs. They were on time, professional, cleaned up well, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

He arrived prepared for many of our projects, from washing our metal roof to repairing a plumbing fixture (which a plumber said couldn't be fixed!). Professional quality work, and he's coming back next week to do more. So glad we found him!
