The chemical compounds used to pressure wash my roof kill my hedges, plants, and grass. I recommend that he purchase a cleaning solvent which is plant friendly. I give him 5 stars for his excellence and professional service of pressure washing my patio, driveway and home, however, I give him a minus 1 star for chemical compounds used to soft wash my roof.

Very professional. Quick responses to email and text messages. Scheduled our job quickly. They cleaned roof, house and driveway. They moved my potted plants out of the way (much appreciated) and only forgot to put back two of them. Would have been extra special if they had swept off the mulch that got on sidewalk during process. Project completed this past week. The house, roof and driveway look very good and I am pleased.

Mr McGrew was thorough with the cleaning jobs we asked Pressure Max to perform as we are readying our home and property for sale soon. He was fair in his pricing and very efficient having completed the whole project in just two days! Our entire 160 foot long driveway, all concrete pads, pool enclosure screens, backyard paver apron approx 20 foot by 30 foot square, huge stand alone workshop and roof clean while sparing solar panels, and entire house exterior. Thank you Pressure Max. Highly recommended!

He did a good job on the roof, but he had told us he was going to bag our downspouts (so the chemicals would not kill the plants) when he came by to give us a quote, but when he came to do the job he did not bag them and we have some issues with some plants dropping their leaves. We hope the plants will survive. We also had lots of draining of the chemicals over the gutters, leaving a lot of streaks. I went out right after he left and scrubbed all of them with soapy water with a little bleach in the water (about half cup bleach to a gallon of water) and some of the streaks came off but all did not. He did do a good job on the roof and it looks really good.

He was prompt and courteous but a couple of days after the job was completed the color of my garage door turned a tint of green from the solution he used to soft wash my house. Now I have to have my garage door repainted. Still waiting for a response from him via text.

I hired Mike to clean my tile roof, driveway and sidewalks. He was very professional and very responsive. No other services beat his price. He did a great job; very thorough! The only issue that arose is a bush on the back corner of my house appears to have died. As I understand it, this happens with some roof cleanings.
