Robert Rowan and his team made our 27 year old deck look brand new. They pressure washed it one day; the next day they sanded out all the rough spots and applied at least two coats of an excellent stain which they matched closely to the original. We’re very pleased with their work and appreciate their attention to the extra requests we had. I believe we got our money’s worth which is important to elderly folks like us. We highly recommend Robert and his team.

Pressure Washing Unlimited came to our house for an estimate and service to power wash, sand, and paint our deck and door trim in a timely manner. The quality of their work was excellent. Additionally, they had a large crew, so completion of the job was reasonable as well. Most notable was the fact that they came back the next day at our request to put our heavier items back on our deck free of charge as we were not able to do so. We will definitely have them back next year and will most certainly recommend them to family and friends!!
