Did a phenomenal job, and were a delight to work with. Couldn't reccomend them more.

Absolutely dissatisfied!! We hired this company in December of 2020 after part of our old wood fence blew over in a blizzard. At first it seemed that we were in good hands and decided to hire them to replace our entire wood fence with metal posts for added stability. After our initial contact was fired, we went through another **project manager** who did not know what to do and we ended up with Rob. As of today, June 30, 2021 the fence is still not complete and what has been completed is practically falling over because the posts were not properly installed. The wood slat tops are all completely warped looking like crooked teeth. We paid in full for our fence so we could receive a winter discount with the promise that it would be completed in the spring. They will not answer our calls or texts. We now have to spend more $ to get out attorneys involved. This is a nightmare at this point. Would love to share our address just so anyone reading reviews could actually see how bad this is! But not advised by our attorney.

Aksarben Carpentry did awesome on our fence and double gate replacement project. I'm a dog trainer and have dogs of my own, so I was glad to hear during my estimate/consultation they would only take two or three days to tear down and replace my fence. When they were here to work on it, they decided to put in extra hours and complete it in one day, which was amazing! So happy with how they built everything and it looks so nice. My only complaints with them is that the owner called me one day and left a voice mail that they had been trying to get a hold of me for a few days to schedule a time to come out. I guess one of the managers had been calling me from a different number and wasn't leaving voice mails (I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, but also who doesn't leave voice mails for something important?). My other issue was that I asked for a receipt when my deposit went through and also asked to be told when my final payment went through. Didn't get either of those notifications. Overall, their work was worth the minor inconveniences and I do appreciate their hard work.

Overall the customer service and the product were great. I love my new fence and the attention to detail! We had a couple of hiccups from some miscommunications, but they did everything they could to make things right, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated they were able to get it done quickly and have recommended them to multiple friends already.

The guys were amazing, so thorough and genuine, if there were any concerns which there were not many, we always felt like we could express, understand each other, and they were fixed almost immediately. These guys came, completed their jobs, and went above and beyond to ensure they left the property/project better than they found it. We would definitely recommend Aksarben carpentry services and will be using them for any future contracting services. Thank you Rob, Casey, Jeremy, and Mario for making our dreams come true!

Seems like they are a newer company but are trying very hard to satisfy.

Rob and his entire crew were very professional and knowledgeable about my project! They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each work day. They tore off my old 12 x 16 deck and replaced it in less than a day and a half!!! I highly recommend this company!

Rob was great to work with he helped us pick the best sealant to repair damage To our patio pavers. Everyone that worked with him were very nice and professional. I will go to them first for all my outdoor work. They are much more than just Powerwashing.

They removed layers of old stain and sealer. Great job on new stain. I would them again.

Service was absolutely incredible. Rob walked me through each step and even sat with me while I called the insurance company handling the claim to fix my deck. They were extremely helpful, professional and the customer service was something I haven’t seen in a long time. They even took time to complete my deck within a week and make it urgent due to the safety hazard my old deck could potentially cause my kids. I am still in shock with the level of care I had and extremely grateful. You could not go wrong hiring this company.
