Pressure Washing and Soft Washing Service of Bloomington

I had an aluminum sided home that had not been washed in over 30 years with green moss, grime, and black mold on it. Had Carlos come and give an estimate. Carlos was on time for the estimate and also very knowledgeable about the pressure cleaning of this house and pointed out concerns with high pressure on this home. Discussed with me what the best approach would be to clean the exterior of this house without causing damage to the aluminum siding which he taught me had oxidized paint on it as well. He was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I hired him and he did an excellent job with the house given the situation. The house looked a lot better. Very pleased!

Carlos did a great job pressure washing our deck. He also cleaned our gutters and roof. He was very patient answering our questions and offered a fair price.

Carlos explained the process of removing moss and cleaning the roof of our older home and carriage house before during and after service along with before and after photos. He did an excellent job in a timely manner and the results look beautiful.

Charlie responded immediately to my request and did the job the same day. He is very friendly. He cleaned my garage roof very well--in fact, a little too well, because the pressure removed some of the granules from the shingles. (I thought he told me it would only be hose pressure.) He also left some of the cleaning solution, which included bleach, on my shingles in order to kill more moss later in the rain. However, I read afterwards that this can make the singles more brittle. In any case, my roof is old, so it probably doesn't matter that it deteriorated a little more from the cleaning because I'll need to replace it within a few years. The roof does look much better than before. He also cleaned a a couple of other things well.

Not only did Charlie power wash our roofs, he cleaned driveway, all brick and three back patios. A true professional. We will hire him again when work needs to be done. Thank you!
