It has been a real pleasure working with someone who stays in touch and shows up on time. He and his crew made us feel relaxed and worked with a feeling of know-how. If we asked a question we got an answer. We will recommend him whenever we can.

Overall the owner and his assistant were nice people. The owner told me he charged $75 an hour for his services. We developed a leak around our sink. We needed our kitchen sink re-caulked, new faucet installed and the outlet replaced under the sink due to the leak. The work I needed should have taken 1 1/2 hrs. to do. I did verify this. The owner had an assistant that he guided step by step. The owner had to run to the hardware store while we waited with his assistant. The assistant did his best to look busy. 2 1/2 hrs. later the job was finished. The owner charged us for 5 hrs., $375.00. 2 1/2 hrs. for his work and 2 1/2 hrs. for his assistants work which he never mentioned prior to starting the job. I do not understand how we could be charged full price for his assistant when he had to instruct and guide him through the entire job. I felt we were paying the owner to train the assistant. The owner helped a couple of times while the assistant handed him tools. I would not have minded paying the assistant for his help but at a much lower rate; it was obvious he did not have the skills needed to do the job without specific instructions from the owner. I was shocked when he told me how much and reluctantly wrote him a check; he said to put the check in his name (not the company). After they left I could not stop thinking and feeling like we were manipulated and just taken advantage of. I put off writing a review for a few days. But, the more and more I thought about it the more I knew I had to pass on my experience.

To start, the gentleman seemed to be very confident and considerate. Upon a call back there was a personality change. We do not wanna crucify this gentleman but feel this is a learning experience.
