My job turned out to be simple and Prestige only had to use a special pin to clear a clogged stove burner, that I could not clear myself (I cleaned the burner externally, but that was insufficient). Overall, it took him 10 mnts. I got value for my money, since I am fully functional again.

He actually never came to the house, but called multiple times because he was considering my potential issue as I'd described to him. After thinking about it, he suggested I call my gas provider first, since he thought the part might be covered. He was correct, and the issue was fixed!! This is an extremely honest and considerate professional who was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Next time I need someone to come to the house, I'll be calling Prestige.

He tried to fix the dishwasher with the part he brought with him but the dishwasher needed other parts that were more expensive. The dishwasher was eight years old so we decided to buy a new one. The service tech was very professional and he came on time.
