Don't know how Home Advisor qualifies these people but I clearly had a horrible experience with unprofessional and unqualified work.

"Prestige Bath has license electricians, plumbers and years experience carpenters. We had our electrical, plumbing, and framing inspected on this project by the city inspectors. Prestige Bath made it very clear we could correct any issue they had, but we need the opportunity to do so. Prestige did not hear about these issues until the last day, which led to a refusal of payment. One of the issues was the shower door that we could have corrected. Prestige has served our community for over 7 years providing jobs as well."

Benny is a nice fellow and a "Yes" man. He wants the customer to be happy. He is not a designer, so be sure you know exactly what you want out of your project, and then be sure he understands you. Some of his sub contractors were very good and some were below standard. Benny tried to make it right. The project took a lot longer than estimated, even after taking out the bad weather factor. I was uncomfortable with his pressuring for payment when the project wasn't complete.

I was happy with Benny, but his employees at first were not that good. He brought in better employees and finally got the job done. A 2 day job took a week. There were problems they didn`t see, but being tore up in the bathroom for a week was not good. But the end result was fantastic

Benny is very prompt, pleasant and cooperative. His sub contractors are excellent. They know their job and do it well. My only problem was in communication occasionally because I was unable to express myself clearly. Be sure you know exactly what will be done, how and it is in the contract.
