Over all not a good experience. Left grease stains on the driveway from thier truck.There equipment was outdated.

Project: Clean and sanitize sofa, loveseat and four throw pillows. Initial contact: Doug clearly explained method and process, and what to expect. He was willing to discuss and accommodated health concerns (chemical sensitivities, and need to sanitize all surfaces, crevices, and undersides). Provided initial estimate (range). Service: Cleaned and steam sanitized. Seemed to pay attention to details. Efficient use of time. Post-Service: Tidied up after themselves. Legible receipt. Personableness: Congenial and respectful to each other (two workers) and to customer. Pricing: Reasonable! Thank heavens! Bottom Line: I will definitely remember them for future needs, and will refer others to Prestige Carpet Care! Thank you!

We were extremely impressed with their service. Doug was professional, honest, efficient and capable. We asked him to clean 2 chairs that were extremely dirty and didn't have much hope that they could be cleaned, but to our surprise, they look as good as new (almost). We were very happy with the results,p and would highly recommend him. Excellent service. We will use him again.
