Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Repair
When we started this project, Jesse spent time with my wife understanding her expectations. We ordered the wood from a third party. As Jesse started to install the first couple of boxes of wood, he suspected that the material was not going to be acceptable to us - he was correct. Though this caused a delay in our efforts, we really appreciate Jesse taking the risk to insure the wood product was the right product. Another installer could have nailed down the material "because it was there." Jesse understood what we wanted and accepted the delay and disruption to make sure we had what we wanted.

Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
OK job on floor install. Missed a few things. Left a few marks on floor. Marked up two walls during install. I re-painted. Semi-bad job on base install.

"The height difference between your old floor and your new one created alot of issues as far as the base goes. The best solution would have been to re-cut new material, but that can get pretty spendy. There were a few imperfections in the finish of the flooring you purchased that are very hard to see as you're installing. I usually like to supply the flooring, as opposed to a homeowner purchasing flooring themselves, because we can get better quality wood with less imperfections."

I contacted by email and the owner of the company got back to be in a timely fashion. An estimate visit was prompt and the cost was provided on site. Estimate was competitive with another vendor. We emailed and talked and scheduled quickly. The work was of high quality and efficient in time spent on site.

I would use Prestige Custom Wood Floors again and give them permission to use me as a reference. They did a nice job on redoing our oak floors and the refinishing made the grain more attractive. Good cleanup as well.
