Prompt, courteous, and efficient. We hired them to replace existing garage door opening system. However upon checking the system out, they recommended the best solution for us (repair) and not necessarily the best solution for them (replace system). It saved us hundreds of dollars!

It was great. The tech evaluated our door and opener, gave us a number of options and the pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. He then completed the repairs in about an hour. Overall I give Prestige 5 stars.

Good quick service

Rob, the owner, contacted me the day I scheduled the appointment and asked me if I would like them to come out sooner. He was able to schedule me for the next day. I had to reschedule for the following day. Rick and his assistant came out looked at my garage door and explained my issues. He gave me a detailed explanation of what was required to get it operating properly and the cost. Within 45 minutes the job was finished, and my garage door was operating much quieter and not binding. They replaced all the rollers and realignment on the rails. I am very satisfied with the job and the excellent service.
