I found out about Ricky through word of mouth and recommendations online. Two years ago my AC went out while I was out of town. I got home to a 90+ degree house, it was late on a Saturday night, there was nothing I could do. I called a local company to come and see what the problem was and they said I needed an entire new unit at a cost around $10,000. When I said no thanks they tried to sell me a $3,000 “bandaid” package and said that would fix the problem. Again I said no thanks and had to figure something else out. Somewhere online (maybe thumbtack) came across Ricky’s HVAC business. I called Ricky, he came out on the same day I called, and not to mention it was on a Sunday, I think his day off. He found the problem, simple fix, didn't need a new unit, problem solved. He was on quick, honest, and didn’t try to sell me anything. Fast forward a year later. Super hot weather outside this summer, started noticing AC was struggling. Called Ricky to come figure out what was wrong. Same day I called, he worked me in his schedule, showed up and fixed the problem. I have had a great customer experience with Ricky and his team, and I would recommend him 100% to come fix your HVAC issues.

Today I would like to thank Ricardo and his worker for coming out and getting my AC back on. I call him and less in 15mins he came and solve the problem I am so blessed to have good people and good service and it didn't cost me too much like a body part 〽️ LoL 🤣. Thanks guys

Met Ricky and his company through our warranty company recently. We had a damper that wasn’t opening and shutting properly. He came out very quickly evaluated and corrected the problem very fast. I will definitely look forward to working with him in the future on all HVAC needs..

Yesterday I made the regrettable decision to attempt to install an ecobee smart thermostat on my own. I did that because previously I had installed a nest thermostat and had no problems. However, at the ripe old age of 65 I now have learned not every smart thermostat is the same. After spending four hours attempting to do this and failing miserably, and one hour on the phone with a clueless millennial tech agent at ecobee attempting to reverse everything, I was no further along, and my HVAC system was not working. It was late in the afternoon, beginning to get dark, and I was starting to panic. As a senior solo or elderly orphan whatever you wanna call itâ ¦ I had recently relocated to Greensboro and have no contacts here at all that I could reach out to for help. When the tech at ecobee gave me a number for aâ proâ technician, and these people didnâ t even answer I was beyond panic and becoming almost hysterical. And then I found Rickyâ s business and I gave him a call and after describing the plight I was in and admittedly, I was in tears because it was now dark and raining cats and dogs, and I was sure that I had completely messed up my entire HVAC system, Ricky told me not to worry that he would come by and take care of the problem he was just finishing up another job and could be here in about an hour. He was comforting and assuring and right away I felt a great sense of relief. Sure enough within an hour he was at my house even though it was pitch black outside and pouring down rain. He was professional and considerate, and able to reverse all of the bad things I had done with my HVAC as well as install the ecobee thermostat within an hour and that included having to go into my attic to replace a fuse, he was also kind enough to change out my filters because the returns are in the ceiling and old people and ladders just donâ t match. Ricky was absolutely amazing and lifesaver. Iâ m so thankful to have met himâ ¦ I told him that he couldnâ t move anywhere or leave town because I would have to stalk him because heâ s now the guy Iâ ll go to for all of my HVAC needs going forward. I highly recommend him heâ s qualified, and experienced with a great number of things, and extremely professional, kind, and considerate. I highly recommend him!

This company is a life saver. I was hit with a sudden problem with my air conditioning unit and didn't contact them until around 4 pm. Regardless of the late time, they still came right over that evening. They quickly assessed the issue and the problem was fixed in no time! The Repairman Ricardo was good the first time he came, prompt and answered and came quickly. The repair of the condensate pump did not last more than 1/2 day. When attempting to phone him back the message said **this is Reece** and then the answering machine was full. The subsequent 4 calls were unable to leave message. I attempted to phone HomeAdvisor and the customer service man was very unhelpful. I do not know what went wrong but I then had to call another place to have the condensate pump replaced. The person from R was supposed to give me a discounted cost on the pump if the repair did not work. I am dissatisfied and wanted to resolve this through HomeAdvisor but there is no way.

Customer service, quality, efficiency and cost are all important to me and this company is top notch as they met all of my expectations. They were very dependable and Ricky explained everything to me what was wrong with my system and allowed me to make the best decision with the information he gave me...I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs...

Came late, when he got here he did service and he charged me over 800 dollars for leaks in AC. Two days later the system broke down. Then tried to get another 1300 dollars from me. I got another person and what he was trying to ?fix? was not the problem at all. It was in the return inside. The coil. So I would have gotten ripped off twice. Don?t use him. Dishonest.
