This company came out to replace my steps and offered to fix a small are where there was a crack in front of the steps. They were NEVER on time and horrible to get in touch with. The steps came out o.k. but they did a terrible job on the walkway in front of the steps. They did not remove the small landscaping stones which left very obvious ruts in the cement when dry. Every time I had a comment about the work as they did it their response was “it was a good price” as if giving a better price then other companies is a reason to do less then good work on the job. They insisted on payment before the concrete was dry which was my mistake. I have been calling weekly for months for them to correct the issue to which I keep getting responses of we will be out soon. (Better hope they answer because the voicemail is always full). I finally was told they would be out between a two hour window today. I sit home waiting for no one to show. I get a hold of the guy and he says he will be out soon and he will look at it and fix another day. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I would have rather paid more for company because this is not worth the aggravation. Lesson learned and I am very disappointed they were an approved contractor on Home Advisor. Should be removed immediately.

All I can say is amazing work from these guys. The job was very labor intensive but the crew did great. I feel it was a little pricey but you get get what you pay for. And I paid for great quality work. My only complaint is there was a mixup on delivery day for the concrete, but no big deal. These things happen. Other than that I highly recommend prestige if you want professional quality work done.

The project was not professionaly done. Contacted them to come look at job. Never got back to me. Guess I will have to keep after them. Expected much more from a Home Adviser pro.

Good people, honest and hard working.

Have had concrete patio around pool installed over 3 weeks ago and have had issues with finished product. They have been unresponsive and have never come back to complete the project. I request Home Advisor to assist in helping get our project completed. Several chips and cracks found after install. Pattern not consistent throughout the patio. Framing has not been removed, mesh and other material left on grass. I have several small children and concerned about their safety with how the job was left unfinished.

Call them the day before the job is to be done to confirm time and date of the job.

The project was completed successfully. The workers were very polite.

They are willing to negotiate price and the workmanship is very good. I will reach out to them again once i have the money to do my roof.

Although we experienced rain delays in fixing our roof, the project was completed quickly and very professionally. All of the workers were polite, helpful and good at what they do. They were the only company that did a detailed check of the problem and gave me a lifetime guarantee on their work. Very happy with this company, would hire them again

It rained for three days, but the job still got done. There were some loose ends that I had to deal with later. I don't know how they could have done the job without my tools.

They got things done nice and quickly, and made some good suggestions as well.

This company came in with a reasonable estimate on the work I needed done. They arrived on time and did everything they said they would do. I received a written contract on the spot with a 7 year guarantee on the work they did. I would not have any problem using them again for stone work.

Overall it was a positive experience, the masonry work was excellent.

Showed up early

Repaired flashing around my chimney that was leaking into my kitchen (12 year old roof). Great group of guys! Prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonably priced...what's not to love? Tried Angie's list before deciding on them... got burned by Angie's List.

Responsive, prompt, polite, and professional. Very happy and would hire them again.

Worked out very fast and just right

He was very courteous. Kept the promises. Never rushed to get the money after the work, which was surprising! Provided pictures.

Redid our front door steps and re-leveled our walkway. Melvin made an estimate on Tuesday, started the work on Wednesday and completed the job on Friday. They cleaned both Outside and basement well. We are glad the job was nicely done. Hope that the steps will hold for live time as they promised.

The project manager, Melvin, and his crew were very professional. The installation of my gutters on both sides of my house were installed the same day as they promised. They made sure before they left to remove the old gutters and debris. The gutters were tested with 2 days of steady rain with no issues. Thank you Prestige for excellent job.
