Created with over 25 years of landscaping expertise, Prestige Landscaping Service provides the Orlando area with a wide range of landscaping services including residential and commercial paver driveways, walkways and patios as well as landscape design, sod, plants, hardscaping, mulch, clean ups, drainage and high-end commercial lawn maintenance . Our communication and customer service is second to none, as we realize without our customers we have nothing. We assign client representatives who are available most any reasonable time to answer any questions, give suggestions or provide quotes. Very unprofessional company, worst customer service ever, they cashed deposit check for materials and they never delivered materials at all and it took them 7 weeks to provide a refund check.

Should not have to spend 2 hours and have a full yard waste container of debris after you spend 800 dollars for someone else to clean up. Total lie. Wish I could post pictures.

Update 2-20 No one took responsibility for the mistakes. Yard was left a mess. Took the money and left a half axx project with no attempt to resolve the dissatisfaction other than we need to charge an additional $5,000 to fix the mess.....All jobs listed on the quote were never finished. Old pavers still sitting in my yard. Messes left all over the yard.Paving area created to drive on however no incline was installed so it's not usable. I spent over $6000 and I can't drive up on the parking spot with my car. After expressing my concerns I was told I would get a call back and never did. They only sent an invoice for over $4K more dollars to fix the problem they created.

Our new pool was completed in June 2019. Prior to completion we started getting estimates on landscaping, additional paver work, and irrigation. After talking to Prestige and receiving estimates and design recommendations from others we decided to go with Prestige for all three projects. Our project was complete on time on budget and we are so happy with the outcome. The only thing lacking was to put a superman cape on Rich the foreman for the project. Rich is definitely a superman. Great communicator, cares deeply about his work, and handled every aspect of the total project. We are very happy with the landscaping, the irrigation has better coverage than ever, and the paver project along with everything else exceeded our expectations. My wife and I would definitely recommend Prestige for your total landscaping needs.

Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
They did the work of attempting fix our flooding in our yard and garage. They installed some pipes under ground and also install two french drains. about 6 months ago i saw some of the pipes coming up on the backyard and last week with the harsh rain the backyard and garage flooded. I need a resolution because im not happy and if this gets fixed i will adjust my rating. I have emailed your company and left two voicemails no response.

We loved the bed designed created by Ryan for our front and back yard yet were not excited about the color red, so we asked for changes in the plants used and we approved the quote with Tom. The back yard design was installed to perfection yet the installation on the garden bed in the front yard was nothing to the approved design so we talked to the installer but he continue using another design than what was approved and he was unable to correct the design installation to our satisfaction.

The plants are hardy even with the rain and drop in temperature. The guys are professional and leave the area 100% better than when they arrived. I've already hired them for additional services.

Tom and Rich were great to work with and very patient with us. The install crew worked very hard in 90 degree weather until the job was done. The sub contractor did a great job installing the paver boarders and replaced the existing concrete on our drive with verticle pavers to give me a clean edge to trim to.

Prestige came out to survey the yard and sent a quotation the same day. Work was completed as scheduled. While removing the old trees, an irrigation pipe was damaged. They fixed this promptly. They cleaned up the site when the work was completed.

Sod Installation
It was a rather large project. Pavers, irrigation, and grass. They apparently put shade grass in the sun and sun grass in the shade. Several discussions but no action. But for $3k for the grass part, I got lots of dead grass.

"I tried to call this client yesterday to explain that we are going to replace his grass, we just need to get assurances that we are getting quality sod and that is hard with all of this rain. I hope this client understands that the sod farms are not refunding our money, but we are going to replace this and other client's sod and absorb all of the costs. We did not put shade grass in sun and vice versa. The sod just did not flourish. It could be the clients fault and it could be ours, we are not sure. Therefore, we are covering the cost of his sod. In respect, I don't think that a 1 star out of 5 is accurate when the other aspects of the project were handled correctly. I understand that the client wants to use his negative review as leverage or maybe just is angry. However, you would be hard pressed to find a Landscaping Company that will replace sod that is 3 months old. Once you get your new sod in, I hope you will change this exaggerated negative review to something more appropriate."

They required a 50% deposit and then they didn't come or call on the scheduled date. They did an adequate job on removing a lot of overgrown vegetation in our recently purchased home, but the plant installation was horrible. They delivered only some of the plants and let a load of mulch smash the plants. There was no plan for installing the plants and they installed most of them before the others arrived. I couldn't even reach the "designer" on the day the installers were sticking plants in the ground, because that's what they did. I would have been better off just buying a load of plants at Home Depot and sticking them around my yard at random.
