Jairo was responsive and quickly reached out to set up a time to come look at my boiler. Unfortunately we had to reschedule a couple times due to high-priority issues popping up on other client's properties. Once he arrived, we discussed the three items I needed addressed and he provided verbal estimates for all projects. I had him replace the expansion tank and bleed the air from my baseboard radiator system. This work took roughly 1 hour and cost $300. He also sent me written estimates for other work that he would recommend to keep the system performing at its best and for as long as possible.

This is the third time I used Prestige Mechanical Services. Excellent work. First time was replacement of hot water heater. Second was replacement of air relief valves in the boiler. Third time was replacement of water pump in the boiler. I did not have to wait long for the follow-up call after setting up the project. My tech, Jairo, is friendly and very professional. After diagnosing the problem he explained my options and provided quotes. He pointed out other areas of potential problems (unrelated to current problem) that I needed to watch out for in the future. Very neat and clean work. He explained how the replaced parts operate. Definitely value for the money and quality of workmanship.
