Very deceptive pricing and poor craftsmanship. Did not review project requested which gave me inaccurate pricing. When I called to confirm the job for the tub and showers he stated that he only charged for the tubs and it would be an additional $400 because of the shower area. When they came to do the job I was told that all chips and cracks would be removed and the tub would look bright and shiny as their website states. After looking at the completed job none of the chips had been repaired. The paint was very thin in spots and the tub was extremely rough. He did not cover any part of the bathroom with plastic such as counter tops or cabinets or floors and there was over spray on the entire bathroom including the walls. They were at my house for 3.5 hours 2 of which was for prep time repairing any chips, scratches and dents. The remaining hour and a half was spent spraying all 3 tubs. I was originally told that it would take until at least 4:00 to do the whole project. They did come back to attempt to do the job properly, spent 4 hours working on the tubs to make repairs and resprayed them with a clear coat finish. Most of the chips were repaired but all three tubs were rough on the entire surface with no shine. I have been in the construction business for 34 years and have never seen a contractor not prep their work area or do such poor quality. When I asked about my discount one of the owners told me that he did give me a discount because he normally charges $450 per tub but was never disclose this until I called to complain about the quality of work. I would definitely not recommend this company because of their lack of experience and craftsmanship.
