Shane and Prestige were professional, but also cared about family in the process. I appreciated Shaneâ s creative problem-solving in adding solutions and special elements that would make our home inclusive for our young family member with disabilities. He stayed in, and under, budget to the end. When their were challenges, he took responsibility and fixed all. I appreciated his communication wit me, his coordination with all the subs and his commitment to my familyâ s critical timeline - all in the middle of a pandemic. The return on our investment, and on their hard work, is experienced every single day. We are so happy and grateful with how it all turned out.

I found Brad Taylor and Prestige Remodeling Solutions through a neighbor who had used them for several home repairs. I was planning an entire home renovation, along with a new privacy fence and storage building, so I was somewhat apprehensive until I met with Brad and researched past customer reviews. I found that Brad and Prestige enjoy an excellent reputation and are professional, fair, honest, trustworthy, and deliver quality work. Brad, the project manager, was always easy to reach by phone, text message, or email. If I had a question or concern, it was always handled and quickly resolved. He showed a level of care and attention that cannot be purchased. No job is too big or too small. Overall, Iâ m very pleased with my â newâ home. From start to finish, Brad and his team were outstanding to work with and accommodated all my requests. A special shout out to Big Joe and Little Joe! This was my first remodeling project, and I was a little nervous because of all the nightmare stories I have heard about bad contractors. However, my experience with Prestige and Jay Maultsby could not have been better. Jay was always quick to respond and wonderful to work with. In fact, everyone who worked on the project was skilled and professional not mention pleasant to work with. My kitchen/dining area remodel exceeded my hopes and expectations and was completed in the time they projected. I was so pleased with the work they did, that I now have them scheduled to remodel two bathrooms in the next couple of months. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Prestige for any project you might be considering.

Working with Scott Harris, the owner, and Jon Harris, the project manager for our job, was an absolute pleasure. They built us an 18' x 18' screened in porch and a 9' x 8' deck. The finished product is beautiful, we are truly enjoying it. The porch was built to our specifications, with many of their suggestions added in. At the end of every day, the tradesmen would clean up the work site. All of the trades were very friendly, and strived to give us what we wanted. Communication was fantastic, right from the initial bid. Daily updates were provided, letting us know what was going to happen every day. When issues arose, Jon was right on top of it, always making it right. We could not be more pleased with the working relationship that developed between all of us. We would not hesitate to use them again, and have recommend PRS to our friends.

These guys have really gone above and beyond to help out with my project, even when no one else would. I had a long term water leak that resulted in having to tear out my whole kitchen, down to the joists and stick framing. Alex and crew was with me every step of the way, and worked with me on my timeline. They were always professional and courteous, but also made things fun and interesting along the way. I would give them 10 stars here if I could!! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing any type of repair to their home. They are knowledgeable and have a diverse group of teams to do anything from flooring to framing to sheetrock. TEN STARS!!!

Our project was huge. We completely remodeled kitchen and great room. The time table was accurate and when those occasional issues arose Prestige made sure they were solved quickly and to our great satisfaction.

We worked with Kevin S. of Prestige Remodeling Services to remodel to the studs two small bathrooms in our home. Kevin was professional, polite, communicative - so very easy to work with. The remodel was fantastic. His sub-contractors were the best. Pricing is fair. Kevin helped us stay on budget and completed the remodel in a timely fashion. You cannot go wrong with PRC. For future remodels, I will go with PRC. They also installed a laundry area upstairs that needed new plumbing and electrical. Great job on it also!

Working with PRS was a great experience start to finish. They were always easy to work with, and did excellent work under difficult conditions. They completely replaced a rotted sub floor and replaced weakened joists under my bathroom, and then completely remodeled the bathroom once the floor had been fortified. It looks beautiful. I highly recommend using them for your next project.

Brad Taylor and his expert workers are amazing. The tile work is spectacular and they worked tirelessly to get the job done right and in a reasonable time frame. I am so happy with my master bathroom. I will definitely have them back out to do my other bathroom and any other project I have in the future.

I worked with Prestige to remodel a Master Bath and not only are the end results amazing but they were THE BEST to work with. Pricing is fair and the service you receive is off the charts. They communicated all along the way, stayed on top of each step of the project, and made sure all the finishing touches were done. I will use them every time from here on out. STOP looking and call these guys. If you are reading reviews, you are obvisouly in the market for a contractor, and I can't stress enough that you found a great company here. I stumbled across Prestige on Home Advisor when we were looking for a contractor to help us out on a bathroom remodel for a house we had just purchased. The first impression I received from these guys was that they were punctual and prompt. Scott replied to my inquiry right away, and that level of communication carried on for the entirety of the job. When doing our initial walk through, Scott was very thorough and honest. He listened to everything we were thinking of doing and where he thought he could be of the most service to us. We had a complete gut job in the master bathroom, converting a stand up shower into additional closet space, and converting the garden tub into a stand up shower, replacing the vanity, adding fans, lights and a heater and tiling the entire bathroom. We also were widening the opening between our living room and kitchen, building in a pony wall, removing a built in pantry/closet, and general electrical work (can lighting, outlets, wiring for ovens etc). Kevin was my project manager for all of this, and I can't say enough about his professionalism. His work ethic, punctuality, creativeness and vision were such an asset for us in this remodel. In doing this home renovation, it became very clear to me that getting anyone to do what they say they will, when they say they will is next to impossible. Communication is choppy and it's just generally a nightmare. That's where Prestige really shines. They are in constant communication with you and can be reached anytime about anything. They (and their crews) are always on time and always professional. They were very receptive and accommodating to the minor add on's and changes that we inevitably threw their way. So much so that I came in one time and Kevin was helping install my ovens when that was totally nothing we had discussed or I had paid them to do. They are just all around good guys, who take their work seriously and do an amazing job in occupation that is littered with the opposite. I will certainly be using them in the future whenever I have any projects and can not recommend them enough.

Everyone worked hard and was pleasant to deal with. Remodeled bathroom, flooring in 2 bathrooms and painted kitchen cabinets.

I really enjoyed working with my project manager, Kevin. He checked in with me often to keep me updated on the progress. The project took longer than projected due to scheduling of inspections and trades but I was warned in advance. They were great about cleaning up each day. The project turned out better than I could have expected. I would highly recommend them.

Scott and John just completed our remodel which included converting a shower into a roll in handicap shower, widening 5 doors, installing new sand and finish hardwood floors to match existing, new custom cabinets to match existing kitchen, new sidewalk, deck and driveway, plus all the necessary patching, painting etc! The quality was fantastic, they were always here when they said they would be, the building inspection process was painless, John and Scott were a pleasure to work with as well as all the various subcontractors!

I had postponed remodeling my bathroom because my kitchen remodel a few years ago was difficult. I am so pleased to have found Prestige. Start to finish no surprises or ill feelings. Kevin, the project manager, was so pleasant and a joy to work with. My master bath is beautiful. The few snags were because the original home construction had some flaws. No fault wit Prestige. Prestige Remodel In March of 2016 we contracted with Prestige Remodel Solutions to recreate a new kitchen for us. I say recreate because the home we live in was built in 2007. The former builder spent a little money as possible on the kitchen. The most important room in the house, It’s the heart of the home. We actually bought our home in March 2015 sight unseen. Fact is we would never have bought the home had we know how tiny and dysfunctional the kitchen was. So for 12 months we lived with it like it was until one day my wife was in the kitchen with the refrigerator door open and I couldn’t get into the kitchen. I decided I had had enough of this. So I started calling contractors for estimates for a new kitchen. We finally decided upon Prestige Remodel Solutions, and because of Todd Miller. Todd is the estimator. He sat down with us and listened to all of our issues and concerns. I had explained the issue with the refer door and inability to get in the kitchen because of it. My wife and I decided to completely remove the kitchen from it’s present location and place it in the area where the former dining room was. It that time the dining room was huge. Actually to large for the entire are so it just seemed like a logical spot for a new kitchen. Todd arranged for us to meet with Gene Gann from Gann’s Cabinet’s in La Vergne. Gene spent a lot of time with us also discussing ideas and the main items my wife and I both wanted were pullout’s for pots and pans and Lazy-susans in the corners to help reduce wasted space. Well Gene’s crew delivered a promised!!! Our new cabinets are beautiful and elegant looking. Kevin the superintendent was here everyday when we had workers here, which was almost everyday during the remodeling process. The actual start date was May 31, 2016 and completed June 24, 2016. This included replacing a large window that was in the dining room with a smaller kitchen window over the sink. Re-bricking the exterior, Remove the existing kitchen, Repair holes in hard surface flooring with relocated tiles; Install all new plumbing and Electrical. Then the installation of cabinets and Brand New Granite counter tops. Followed up be finish plumbing and finish electrical. Then a complete repaint of the kitchen and newly relocated dining room. Followed by us moving into our new kitchen. Every week like clockwork I could always depend on Todd either calling or texting just to check in to see how things were going. Keep in mind; this started over 2 months before construction ever started. Todd really put us at ease because he didn’t just take and initial deposit and run and never be heard of again for months. It was never that way. Todd’s the biggest reason we went with Prestige Remodel Solutions. The workers were professional and kept to their schedule. The large deck (two levels) was built according to specifications. I was advised by them that the deck should be sealed in late summer but the boards began to warp within a month and a half (one board had to be replaced) after construction. This could have been prevented if the advice given regarding sealing had been correct.

The employees Shane and John were very professional and courteous. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The project was completed on time and met and exceeded my expectations. The workmanship was excellent. We had to have them come back and clean behind the contractors who put in the back-splash. However, John handled it immediately. I have already recommended them to someone else.
