Job was complete in one day, and the work was excellent.

The team was timely and the cost value for the work was great.

Asked for estimate on tiling second bathroom and they tore up the old flooring before we could approve the work.

DO NOT hire this contractor. While Pete was great and quick at the response to request, good price and at scheduling, this is where things fell short. His crew came in and tore out our hardwood and some carpet to install tile on 2/3rds of our main level as well as back splash in kitchen. He never stuck around which caused many translation issues and ultimately quality issues. We started the project in August and it is still not done correctly. The crew did an amazing job on back splash which is only reason they are getting 1 star. Rest of tile is horrible. There are pits where grout did not sit right, grout has spots that are not same color as rest, only part has been sealed, cut the carpet too short and even when he got a carpet guy to stretch, did not fix, baseboards are trashed on almost whole floor. If you are flipping a home and don't care about details, then he is the guy. However, if you care about your home, look elsewhere. I had to call him out no less than 5 times to fix. Some appointments they failed to come to and other times were up towards 3 hours late. Between my wife and I we missed 3 days of work for all the fixes and install even though he said it would only take 2-3 days to complete. We gave him many times to fix and never came through at end. I am very disappointed in the work done, lack of follow through and fact he would never stay here on site to ensure work was right. We were never treated like we meant anything to him or company and yet this is our house and we live in it so it meant the world to us. The last straw is I had a confirmed appointment for him to come out, yet again to look at, and not only did he not show, he has refused to answer my calls/texts. I even offered for him to refund me some money from project so I could lick my wounds to get someone else to fix the rest of the project. As it sits, I paid for $5,000 job for $2,000 quality. DO NOT HIRE!!! Don't mess up like I did.

Pete did a great job installing tile in our 3 showers. We recommended them to our neighbors and they hired them as well, the outcome was great! I defintly recommend them.

Pete was not available to do the job or directly supervise, but the crew that arrived did a great job, even using the same tiles to go around corners. Fine attention to detail.

I hired a contractor before Pete. We wanted a herringbone pattern in our kitchen. The first contractor destroyed our floor. Luckily we told Pete our situation and he removed the mess that the first contractor made and did a incredible job. It took them half a day to finish the install of 125 square feet. I did not know that herringbone is one of the most difficult patterns to install. I would recommend him to anyone especially if you are working on a complicated project.

Owner wasn't on site for the beginning of the job, so things weren't relayed to the crew that actually did the job.

The owner promised to be on the job and do the work. He did not show up or let me know that someone else would do the work. He promised a warranty and when a tile cracked I had a hard time convincing him it was bad installation. Also I had another tile crack and he would not return calls or replace tile. I would not recommend.

Tried to fit me in between projects so job took a while but good communication and wants to be sure I was satisfied

Hired with specifics and contract, 1st day only one person worked-supposed to be 4.Next day should have been here at 0800,never showed. Tile guy called-said couldn't come. 2 calls, 3 texts to owner with no response. Sitting here with project partially finished with critical deadline. Owner originally very responsive when trying to get our contract, talked a good game. Now he doesn't even have decency to call and try to find solution or to say hey sorry can't do the job. I would NOT hire this company

Lower price to beat competition. Meet me at tile shop to pick up materials. Seal tile after installation. Did not clean trash
