Since I hired a Pro I expected them to remove everything (heating baseboards were not removed before sanding and applying coats) and make sure floors are refinished properly. They did not even remove carpet from stairs and asked us to remove carpet instead of us paying for the job.

"From the day we came out I spoke to the client and gave her her options and she had said that they would remove the carpet. The heater covers are only removed if necessary so we don't take the risk in damaging or scratching."

Joni was very responsive. I have never had a hardwood floor refinished so I am not sure I am the best judge. Had a couple of problem areas which Joni was quick to respond. I had about 1800 square feet refinished on the main floor of my home and since it is a large area with lots of windows and outside light depending on the time of day various locations of the floor appear inconsistent in its finish. This may be normal for a refinish but it in no way looked like a new floor.

I actualy didn't higher Joni to start with. I hired another contractor who had no idea how to use a waterbase poly. Joni is a pro with waterbase products..there was a problem with the finish and Jni came back and finiched the Job! Very happy with his work! II would reccomend Prestige Floors. Mike Watertown Ct

I hired prestige flooring. john the owner from prestige flooring was exceptional. He did what was promised. Prices were very fair. The service was five stars. The job was done perfectly and done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend them for anyone.
