Working with this company was seamless from beginning to end. The custom cabinets were exactly what I imagined them to look like and I am now extremely pleased with my new kitchen. When thereâ s new remodeling needed to be done, Iâ ll definitely contact Prestigious Kitchen & Home Design again!

The bathroom remodel went well and was finished on time and within budget. The new layout makes my bathroom look modern and inviting.

Communication, attention to detail, and expert insights from Prestigious were outstanding! Very glad we decided to go with them after a few different consults, and were thrilled with our dream kitchen for a reasonable price (especially with material costs these days).

They are very professional.

The Service pro had not been truthful; he has been misleading from the beginning. He collected initially collected $1,000 as a design fee on 04/02/2022. Then he collected $13,479.40, on 04/18/2022 for cabinets. We were only given receipts for the money. I continued to ask for a contract detailing the work since he stated he was the general contractor and had a staff of electricians, plumbers and contractors who would do the job. On 04/23/2022, I was sent an email providing all of the dimensions for the appliances to order through Grand appliances which he has a contact at a specific location. I asked for the contract detailing the following: We need a contract detailing a breakdown with the terms and conditions of the work. We don't have any information at this time. The contract should contain the following: Description of work Contract Price Certificate Completion Materials and Labor License and Permits Laws and Regulations Supervision Utilities Warranty Condition of the Property Work Changes we never received a detailed contract but was told the work would get done. When I asked about references, since he stated he has multiple projects throughout the Northshore, he could not provide them and told me to go online to Yelp. Each time I question, something he would get hostile and over talk me to try and belittle as if I should not ask any questions. His friendly attitude change when questions arise. He keeps changing prices and now he requested an additional $10,000.00 and he had not done anything other than quote prices for the past two months. The permit with the City has not been submitted as agreed upon. The application was started on 05/20/2022 but the documents needed were not provided so that is on hold. Now he wants to drop off the cabinets and cut tides since we do not agree to give him the $10,000.00 He is stating he needs the $10,000 to secure the contractors for the work. Why would a customer be required to continue giving you money and nothing has been started and a permit for the work has not bee secured or approved. If the contractors work for this company, then why are you piecemealing the customer to continue to give you money that has not been earned. We truly thought he would do the right thing.

Response from Company:

We may have had a misunderstanding. We started with a design that we thought best fit your needs and the layout. We talked with you about the design and before proceeding with anything we agreed on which design was best suited for you. We were happy to find the best design for you and proceeded to select finishes for the color of the cabinet and island color as well. We all agreed on the color and finish. Once you handed us your payment we went ahead and ordered the cabinets for your new kitchen. Although the cabinets are built to order and are unique to your kitchen and all sales are final as shown in our invoice but as a courtesy to our customer we refunded the whole amount of the money for the cabinetry. Our company accepted the lost.to show our loyalty and honesty to our customers.

Prestigious kitchen and home design concepts recently completed a major renovation of my kitchen. The results exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with both functionality and the aesthetic. My kitchen is both beautiful to look at and a pleasure to cook in. I particularly appreciate their planning and design process. They were exceptional and worked to get every aspect of the design just right. Everyone involved in the project was great to work with and any questions or concerns I had were always addressed. Thank you for my dream kitchen.

5.0 Zee T.

I got the service I expected from a professional company.
