Prestine Remodeling and Handyman Service - Unlicensed Contractor

Pristine Remodeling and Handyman service scammed an 85 year old couple out of $3600.00 Started a small bathroom remodel in February of this year, worked for less than two weeks, and still have not been back to complete the job and will not warranty any of the poor quality of work that was done. Shower won't drain, tile falling off wall ,poor texture and holes left in walls were painted over. New floor laid before floor area was prepped. Have had to hire a professional contractor to redo entire project. Do not hire these people! Professional Scammers!

I hired this company to remodel 2 bathrooms. There were delays and problems throughout the process and the job took about 3 weeks longer than promised. In the process of completing the job(s) they were hired to do they also recommended that they perform additional services, which we agreed needed to be done. At first the delay(s) did not hinder our movements around the home, but then their focus on completing our job took a back seat to other jobs, and they stopped showing up to work towards completion of what was in progress at our house. They started showing up on Sundays without advanced notice. They even showed up on New's Year Day without advanced notice. However, my wife and I accepted this and the job was eventually finished. Fast forward, we have a third bathroom that we recommended them to TRE to have as the contractor for the remodel. This is our disabled daughters bathroom, and TRE is a local agency that provides assistance to the disabled to secure services for such things. Well, Prestine got the bid, and picked up a deposit check from TRE sometime around the 1st of March 2018. TRE advised me that they had picked up the check, so I contacted them as to when they would start the project. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and when they finally did return my texts(they did not return phone calls) they would give me dates when they would be able to start, quickly followed by texts cancelling that date and then giving another date. This went on for about a month. The last firm date they gave to me was that they would start the project on or around the 9th of April. That date came and went with no contact. Subsequent attempts to contact them went unanswered until April 23rd. At that time TRE became involved and Shelly from Prestine basically told them that they were not interested in doing the job. Well, that was fine, but Prestine refuses to return the deposit they collected for the job they never started. Now my daughter is unable to get the needed remodel of her bathroom done because of their fraudulent business practices. Finally, Prestine provides a 2 year warranty of their work and the products. We are having issues with several of the areas of the bathrooms that they completed previously, and they won't return any phone calls. This is an instance of BUYER BE VERY AWARE!

They are so nice, helpful, and are great communicators. I'm actually going to have them back out to fix up my backyard. There are a couple of details with the fence that I would've changed, but overall I'm pleased.

Just took a long time to get job done. Kinda hard to get a hold of people readily, but totally got a beautiful deck and roof.

It has been a pleasure working with Shelley and Jacob... Able to work with them from "out of state". Jacob provided timely advice about a water issue and we were able to remedy the situation with a third party and complete the work in a quite timely fashion. The 'Prestine crew' are hard working and I will seek them out when I have future work.

They built a 35 by 10 patio cover. Took a little longer than expected, but the patio cover looks great. Never left any mess and the structure is very sturdy. I have a few more projects and will be calling them again on the next one.

They completed the work I hired them for and and did a great job cleaning up afterwards, professional and courteous. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for any job you may have.
