Jesse set an appointment and showed up on time. Their professionalism and great bid on controlling pests in my home and yard is very affordable as we are seniors. Great attitude, friendly and take time to listen to what you want for your home.

Presto does a great job eliminating pests. Made it through the summer with no wasp issues which was a first for us. Also avoided the intruders we've often seen as we transition into fall. Jesse has always been responsive to questions and has been a pleasure to work with.

There is this one house I service with a beautiful fire pit and some handcrafted Adirondack chairs surrounding it, just a peaceful little hangout. On one job I noticed some wasps flying around the fire pit, so I did a little searching and found where they were coming from…there was a nest the size of a coffee cup under the Adirondack chair. It took some doing, but I removed the nest and treated it so they didn’t want to return. It wasn’t a real pain in the butt, but it coulda been! Hooray for no wasps, amiright?!?!

Jesse with presto pets was thorough, kind and fair with pricing! He really took the time to explain to me how the mice were getting in to my crawl space and house and explained what he was doing to take care of it and why. Has a good warranty program. 10/10 would recommend
