Jon and Kim are excellent to work with. They are very professional and were extremely helpful in making our vision a reality. My wife wanted to paint a guest room. That turned into shiplap on two bedroom walls, new floors and we also remodeled the master bath. This project ended up being much more than a couple cans of paint. The project turned out perfectly! Kim helped us pick things out and sought out outstanding deals on materials. Jon and crew did fantastic quality work. We would mention an idea for our home to Jon & he would immediately figure out how to make it happen. Kim helped me to choose the inside elements of our home & made it such a fun experience. We hired Jon to add a shower to a half bath. Our home is built on a post and tension slab which made it difficult to dig down to do the plumbing. Jon knew how to handle that so there was no damage to our slab. Jon and his workers showed up on time and exactly when they said they would. Jon is very knowledgeable and was able to handle any issues that arose. They are also the cleanest contractors I have every employed and I have done many renovations.

Jon is awesome! I needed a new half bath installed in a portion of our oversized master bedroom. Our home was a home, about one year and half old but we missed that crucial half bath in the hallway in the design and so needed to have it done. The job would have been an easy job but for the slab which was post tension and hence a very challenging task. I was very nervous about getting someone to do the job because of the difficulty. I checked a few GCs on homeadvisor and got them to give me an assessment and a quote. I mentioned what I was doing to a colleague at work and he told me that I needed someone who was very experienced and honest given the challenge. He talked to his ball body who was a framer and his ball body told him Jon was the best in the business. I was weary because of the challenges that the post tension slab posed and being a new home I did not want to mess it up since any mistake would mean a very costly fix. After talking to Jon, I knew I was speaking with someone very experienced. He brought a company with experience on post tension slabs and they used special tools to map the entire sewer and post tension lines. I was pleasantly surprised that despite his experience and skill level, his price was very competitive. I hired him. Jon's execution was flawless and his patience was profound given the exacting precision that I wanted for the job execution both in quality and time. The job took two weeks. Communication with him was top notch. He could have even finished the job quicker if not for the time we lost waiting for the city inspector to show up! One thing I really liked was that he gave me a project chart that included what will be done on each day. He informed me when the contractors were coming as well. Everything went as planned. I unreservedly recommend Jon with the highest rating possible.
