Unfortunate as it may be, we do wish we would have heard from in our Customer Satisfaction Survey call before our handyman left and before you paid. Our CSS is specifically designed to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied upfront, on the front end... Our concern is that we are just now reading your comments here in a public forum when there was plenty of time to respond to our voicemail and text message. Wouldn't contacting us directly have saved you from this venting? Our records reflect that we never received a return phone call or text. Next is the comment of an "Overcharge". If this is so, then why give your signature of your acceptance of our estimate? All of our forms have explicit explanations of a 2 hour minimum. And why even pay for such services if you are not happy? Our sincerest suggestion is to pay closer attention to details, and respond to the service company's calls and text messages."

We do not understand why you'd take the time and effort to vent here rather than taking less time and effort to return our calls If there had been such a case, we would have provided an immediate response and solution.
