Overall he did a nice, thorough job. He under-estimated the amount of stain needed, so I had to buy more to complete the job, which made the job cost a bit more than I had considered, but not too much more and the work was done to my satisfaction.

The job was to refinish double entry doors (fiberglass). He seemed to have knowledge of how to do the job. Preparing the doors he did a great job but the staining left a lot to be desired. His definition of being on time was not even close always late arriving. Would not recommend this company.

According to our records, we reached out to you for a Customer Satisfaction Survey but there were no phone calls, no texts, or any emails registering your complaint or concerns. We do not understand why you'd take the time and effort to vent here rather than taking less time and effort to return our calls If there had been such a case, we would have provided an immediate response and solution. We do not understand the negligent delay in making an appropriate grievance quickly so we could have made things right for you right then and there."

The person that came out. was very friendly! But was not knowledgeable on how to repair my garage door. When he left, after being here most of the day after buying springs and cables, my door still did not work properly. Cost me $125.00.

The sub-contractor did indeed come to my house and did start the project and was here for most of the day. However, when he wanted to go home, he insisted that I pay for a job that was not finished. He di at the time, promise to return the next day and finish the project off the clock. Not only did he lie to my face but made multiple excuses as to why he could not return to my house. HE STILL HAS THE SUPPLIES I bought ($200) for the project. I should have heeded to my dads advice years agoâ ¦ NEVER pay for a job that is not complete. I contacted Pretty Handy Guys Handyman Services a few days after the sub-contractor left my house and asked what was going to be done about the fact that I have paid for a job that was not complete and the handy man they sent out to me has not returned MY material? After being put off until after Christmas and the New Year, letâ  s just say, the project is not done and now I am looking into legal action against the company itself. There are a lot of reviews that are 5.0 and mine might just have been (what I call) a one off but after being patient and more than understanding, I could not get a resolution from the company. I gave Angel not the company 3.5 stars because I believe she is just in the middle of the customer and the owner and really could not do anything but relay my concern and frustration with the process to the owner. NOTE: The system would not let me rate 0 stars.

They sent me I think of of the best technicians no doubt. I want my cabinet hung before Friday and it was hung an hour after he gave me the quote and I am totally impressed and highly recommend them/ He was very professional and very polite and made no mess and made sure it was completely level and doors level can not ask for better service.
