"Hello Austin, We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with our Pretty Handy Guy's work! This is our goal, to give the best possible customer experience possible every time. After hearing the other side of the story, we must address the details of the account above to give clarity to those who read this review. First, our suggestion is to read all the details of a quote before approving the quote. If you wanted the cement backer board to be replaced, then you should have called that to our attention when you read through the estimate before approving it. We can only go by what is agreed upon in writing. We cannot accept any fault or responsibility of such negligence. Secondly, all of our quotes are labor only as stated clearly in the quotes. Since there wasn't any indication to keep the cement board before or after the approval of the estimate, we can understand the misdirected frustration. However, since there was a insistent demand for the cement boards to be replaced before honoring the approved contract, our handyman chose to make a special trip which we charge for and buy the cement board. Yes, I do fault both parties who should have reached out to the office to resolve all challenges and questions instead of addressing them here. We have already addressed this issue with our handyman to call the office if there is an unresolved matter. Obviously, he was led to believe it was since the invoice was paid in full. Our phone number is on all of our correspondences and communications which could have been referred back to. We have voicemail, and receive texting, and always return all phone calls to offer solutions and answers to all of our client's concerns quickly and equitably. Of which, there is no record of any attempt to contact us for immediate resolution. In summary, never pay for something that you are not happy with. Our office ensures our clients' best interest if we are made aware."

Our handyman, William didn't mind at moving his schedule around to come to your immediate assistance, and working late into the night hours to make sure your door to your home was locked and secured. Yes, it is unfortunate that we are at the mercy of what materials are available in your area, that's what took him so long as he had to drive to another hardware store to get your repair item. as far as the estimate not being received, we no longer provide that service as stated in our email earlier to you. "Hi Albert, Upon review of the detailed facts not expressed in your review, we have discovered that our handyman went above and beyond and did everything possible to make your doors fit and open in a bathroom that was not structurally level. He did invest additional time in providing a practical solution in the not-so-perfect situation. He also did go to the hardware store to purchase a special additional tool needed to make the doors open into the bathroom as needed. As always, our handymen ask the client to review.and inspect the project for their approval before requesting payment. According to our records, there were no phone calls, no texts, or any emails registering your complaint or concerns. If there had been such a case, we would have provided an immediate response and solution. We do not understand the negligent delay in making an appropriate grievance quickly so we could have made things right for you right then and there."
