Preventive Maintenance Support Services

Same experience as the review above. Job has taken over a year to do and it was only two walls, two windows, and one door. It is still not completed and now he is asking for more money to do some electrical work which was never told to be needed when I signed the contract. The architectural drawings showed a completed sunroof and I was told no electrical was needed since it was only a sunroom. now he can?t get the permit closed out because they want a light outside and a switch. After paying him $22,000 he won?t put the light in even though it is taking him over a year to do a job that should?ve taken a few weeks. Now I am going to have to sue to get the job completed.

I hired Preventative Maintenance to replace porch roof. They did just a fantastic job. They were here everyday on time. Swept up everyday before leaving. Brian, main technician let me know what was happening. Also Kris the salesman came to also let me know how things were going, almost every morning. I highly recommend them. If needed I will definitely be calling them again.

They are hitting me up for more money after the work has already been done. They're sending me nasty letters for the additional money. It was written on the check that the balance was paid in full which they deposited.

The customer service was amazing. They had to replace and repair stucco on the side of my house. It looked amazing and they match the color exactly.

Exceeded all my expectations! Beautiful work! Great crew!
