The technician took a sample of a dead pest inside the residence. He said that he would verify of what he thought it was. He was courteous, had a good working knowledge of his work, and very professional.

Yes,I had great feelings about this company at first. They were supposed to do my 2nd home inspection in my attic. After waiting this morning no call, no show I had to contact them. Upon contacting them I was never placed on schedule to come out my fellow up but they expect my money of 260.00 for the next month. I spoke with Rebecca the manager which apologies for for the over site and I feel that I should have been discounting at least 60.00 off my next bill for my inconvenience.
