Technician Chris arrived on time and investigated the bee problem. He answered any and all questions and then explained what he was going to do and what it would cost. We felt that the fee was very reasonable. He went right to work applying an atomizing toxin that killed 99.9% of the bees within a few minutes. He explained that there would be some stragglers for a few days, but that they would then either die or leave. Everything happened true to his explanation, and all but one bee were gone within about three days, with that last bee leaving or dying in around five days. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! We will use Preventive Pest Control for any of our future needs!

Next day service showed up when expected

The technician was really nice and informative. I hired them because I was having problems with rats. They laid traps and bait stations but want more money to come back out. The only service they provided I was not already doing myself was they screened off the vents in the roof. The traps now have not been tripped but the peanut butter in them has evaporated or been eaten out of them. The bait stations are still in place but I would think for spending close to $400 they would at least come back to the house every week or two to ensure the traps are luring the rodents in and checking on the bait stations. Coming out in a month or when you call them at an extra charge seems a bit pricey for just 20 minutes of work.

They were fair and honest with me. Excellent customer service from the phone operator to the workmen that was sent to my home. I appreciated their honesty.
