"I sorry you feel this way because my crew installed you a very nice looking fence. The major change that you are speaking of was 1 foot more fence because at the back corner of your house you had a ground rod for your power meter our crew to have to move the fence one foot from the corner of the up towards the front. Minor changes have to be made as the installment is happening due to unforeseen things under the ground. I guess they didn't think one foot would make a difference and there was no other options. People should realize when giving companies reviews that their company is their life work. God bless"

"We apologize you had a bad experience with our subcontractor. It was muddy that day but he should have not left it muddy. We had the contractor fixed the issues and you baught more fencing from us a week later and had it installed. We no longer use subcontractors because we have had issues with them not showing up until late morning and we fill we can run our business more efficiently using all I'm house crews. We guarantee your fence and if you have any issues at all just give us a call."

"Note this Job was installed over a year ago and that's ok we guarantee for 2 years. We are sorry you feel this way. 1st Call: the Latch was stuck on the gate operator entry gate, The Latch had been relocated causing things to bind, I don't know why someone had moved it, you said you didn't move it so that's why we said well someone must have done it and showed you the holes where it was moved but my father relocated the latch for you for free. We did offer for a small fee just for the welder not sure how much that was but not over 50.00 to fix the issue this had caused. (Not warranty issue) If something was moved from the location that we had put it we can not be reliable. 2nd Call : Two months ago Dad said you called said someone had ran into your gate with a car or truck and needed the place where we bought the materials. We offered to look at it and take care of this issue (not warranty issue) But your response was no we will take care of it. We have not received and call from you since, if you would have called us about the battery issue that you say was a problem in the above text then that battery is warrantied and we could have offered a solution of adding an additional battery sometimes this is needed depending on the amount of sun this solar system is getting. But if we don't know there is a issue then we can't do anything about it. When you called about the latch we got right out there dad fixed the issue. I'm sorry that someone charged you 3 to 4k but that's hard to believe. We were strait up what materials we was using for this operator and it is the cheapest rout but we have had no issues out if them. We give customers a cheaper option and upgraded option. No matter what I'm sorry for your experience but wish you would have contacted us with the issue you was having and it would been free if it was covered by warranty Labor Warranty : Coved if something is not operating correctly because of the way we installed it. Not covered if a tree or car hits and breaks it. or have been taken down and put back up by someone outside of Price Family Fencing Inc. Material Warranty: If the time frame for the product in hand is within the time frame of product warranty then this is covered by the manufacture. In the case of this is coved by the material warranty and is within the two year labor warranty we will replace for free just because our reputation is our business base.
