Did a really good job and price came in lower than most others. Did send me a second bill, I assume, for a couple extra stakes he had to put in.

"Thanks for the review! I would like to clarify about the invoices. The original estimate was for a Boundary Survey and Property Line Stakes. While performing the Boundary Survey, we found existing stakes along with two of the lines. I emailed to say that we had completed the Boundary Survey and I was sending an invoice for that portion of the estimate, but I wanted to verify that the existing stakes we found were correct to determine if we could reduce the number of stakes we were setting. The existing stakes were correct, so I reduced the remainder of the balance from the original estimate to reflect fewer stakes set and verifying the existing. So, to clarify, the second invoice was not an additional amount, but the remainder of the balance from the original estimate minus a few bucks."
