"Unfortunately, this claim is not true. It started as a 1-week project and the entire design was changed on day 1, adding much more work with additional tasks added along the way. Home Advisor has offered Karen free arbitration to settle this matter if she feels wrongful service was provided which we happily agreed to. The client decided not to take the offer.
